The University of London and the British Museum give Bloomsbury a bookish air. Charlotte Street offers good restaurants, while Tottenham Court Road has electronic stores to suit all budgets, and links to the 300 shops of buzzing Oxford Street. Trendy Soho is a few minutes away by foot. Full of local character, it offers interesting pubs, top restaurants, West End theatres and a rich, sometimes risqué nightlife.

Don't get the ungraded room unless you like paying more for your room and staring at a brick wall. At that rate, shouldn't WIFI be included in the rate? Seems like it should. Carpet in common areas has the usual messes where people leave their room service trays. Can't hotels figure this simple thing out?Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Ok but I have stayed in better"
When designer becomes limited, I think the hotel is laid back and stylish but this should not mean you lose the basics of hospitality. Don't think I will be back room was very sparse and looked with its full height windows onto another building and office. Location is great I would save your money for local amenities and pay less for a hotelGenuine Hotels.com guest review
