People were unfriendly and the shuttle was not convenient as far as timing. I checked in to my room only to find it hadn't been cleaned (and when they did clean it, I still found items left by the previous guest).Genuine Expedia guest review
"Not all that bad"
This hotel was ok for the price. It was not very easily accessible. It does have a shuttle but the pay phones at the tube wouldn't work to call for it. So we ended up taking the bus (which is located across the street from the tube) and walking the rest of the way to the hotel. The roads are not very safe because the people drive so fast!!! "Only stay if location is convinient"
Had first shock when reception told me that they are fully booked and can not offer a room. Instead they offered me to be shifted to another hotel far away from this place. This trauma was in spite of my confirmed advance paid booking through hotels.com. After refusing to accept their proposal and insisting that I had work in Brent Cross area due to […] which I wanted room in the same hotel that they gave me a room after 2 hours.
