I arrived at the Royal Park hotel but unfortuantely could not stay in the room I had booked due to some technical difficulites (a burst pipe I think). After a very long and tiring day it was not the best news to hear that they didn't have any space for me but the Manager was very helpful and had organised a solution already. He had booked me into another […] (more expensive) hotel 2 minutes walk away and allowed me to keep my car in their car park. He also offered an umbrella and someone to help with the luggage to the new hotel. I had nothing extra to pay and everything was sorted for me.
