Le Novotel Waterloo n'est pas un 4* (norme française) mais un 3*. Situation : loin du Waterloo Station et loin du métro / Check-in : très bien / La déco de la chambre : ordinaire et datée (rénovation en cours) / Propreté de la chambre : un désastre, une tonne de poussière sous le lit et le canapé (je me suis réveillé en toussant), des morceaux de verres […] au sol (je me suis planté un petit morceau dans le pied) et une télécommande est crasseuse (à prendre avec des pincettes) ! / Literie : défoncée ! / Check-out : méprisant lorsque je fais part de mes mésaventures à la réceptionniste ... J'ai écrit à l'hôtel pour partager mon expérience ; la réponse était courtoise et constructive. "novotel dichtbij de meeste atracties."
Hotel ligt dichtbij de meeste bezienswaardigheden en deze zijn ook makkelijk aan de lopen. Met bus 3 ga je naar Oxfordstreet en daar kun je veel geld uitgeven. Het kerstgevoel viel een beetje tegen maar daarintegen was een ritje in de Eye super. Veel gezien in drie dagen en zeker de moeite waard.Genuine Expedia guest review
