The Hotel, was enjoyable. Only small quibbles, which could be specific to my room. The overall cleanliness was very good, a couple of scuff marks on the walls (one odd spot on the middle of the wall, far side of the bed. The linens clean and fresh, bath towels full, only fault was the lack of a face flannel. Bath was indeed small but efficient, there […] was a shelf mounted above the basin for toiletries, instead of having to perch them on the corners of the basin. A point of favour. The room was designated for a single, and it was very compact, but adequate for one person. The "Teasmade" was sufficient, though only 1 teabag and 1 sachet of coffee were provided daily. The room info book indicated 5 channels of digital TV available, (BBC1,2,ITV, and Ch 4 and 5) but only BBC 1,2 came in, others were scrambled signals. The Dining Room is spartan, the buffet arrangement was very congested. Breafast was good, though no brown sauce available. Best to go early or late (7-8, or 9-10), becomes very crowded during the 8 o'clock hour (they could not keep up with table bussing or keep the croissant basket full). The street is quiet street of Georgian terraces. (Local map in Queensway and Bayswater Tube stations showed hotel location). An abundance of restaurants, minimarkets, within a 2 minute walk on Queensway, many of which remain open late in the night. Neighborhood seems quite safe, and clean. This hotel is in a very good location. Room was very small but clean and served the purpose. Breakfast which is included was really good. Only complaint was that room was very warm without any heat on. Opening window helped. Would definitely stay here again.

We arrived after an over night flight from the States. Our rooms (we were traveling in a small group) and the placed our luggage in a room and gave us the key. Before we left, one in our group got his room and they helped us move our luggage to the room. They were very helpful. The lifts were small but expected this in an older buliding. When we asked […] for service they went out of their way to be helpful. The breakfast was very good we all enjoyed the meals. This is an older building and they are working to up grade and to imporve it. It was clean and it was comforable. There were eight of us using the hotel and all appreared to be satisfied with the hotel and staff. If you are looking for a modern hotel with all the things they have, look elsewhere but if looking for a inexpensive place with some history, this is the place. Read more

A good value for the price, it is also well located close (about a block ) to food and shops as well as subway (the Tube) and buses. There is also a major park at the end of the street. only caution is the very limited internet access.

very pleased with the good service we recieved. the room while small was adequate and clean with plenty of towels. the breakfast buffet was good , the food hot and tasty. we will use the Queens Park again when we are in England as it is also situated very near subways and bus service.

We had a good stay at the Queens Park Hotel. It is on a quiet street so you can get your rest but Qweensway has shops, restaurants and several tube stations just 2 blocks away. Room was small but clean. Included breakfast was convenient. Staff overall was good. We did have one unhelpful desk clerk but that was more than made up by the concierge/bellhop/maintenance […] guy. The location of the Hotel is excellent. The Queensway Metro Station is only 2 blocks away. There are many restaurants, markets, and money exchange places nearby. The Hotel has been remodeled recently, and it was clean and comfortable. The staff at the Concierge Desk was really friendly and helpful, and breakfast was very good and plenty. Location of hotel is half a block from Hyde Park. Two blocks down was the underground or about 15 min walk in other direction you could be at Paddington Station. hotel was nice but I think I got the short stick when it came to getting a room. I called it the 'servant's quarters'. I was roomie, but in the basement, had a tiny window that let in no light. […] And when I did open it for fresh air I could constantly hear the humming noise of something like an air conditioner. When I went to try and change my room after a nap, the lady at the counter was a bit rude when she told me I had to do that in the morning. Breakfast was free and great. They offered the traditional english breakfast, had cereal, toast, fruit, coffe, tea, orange juice and apple juice. Overall it was a great hotel I just managed to get a bad room. Room was small but no worse than any other budget hotel in London ive stayed in (Single room). Room decorated nicely although one of the handles was missing from the window and the other was broken. The room was hot when I got there but I was able to turn the Radiator off and room was then ok. Like others have said the doors allow noise in from the […] corridoor in and the 2 lifts are very small but there is only 5 floors I think, I was on the fourth and it didnt seem that there were that many steps to get up. Cant comment on the Breakfast as I didnt try it, but it did appear to be busy each day when I went passed so you may have to wait for a table. There is a shop/petrol station just around the corner which seems to be ok late (not sure if 24hours) which is handy if you want to get a drink or snack late at night, its also close to Queensway Tube. Room was clean and ok,however the pipes over the bedroom were I belive needing bleeding as the noise was awful when any other rooms used the water system. I would have stayed there again but i cannot recommend it because of this disturbence.

This was a fantastic hotel for the price (reduced rate in January). I was expecting a lot less for what we paid. The beds were very comfortable and rooms were clean. Booked a single room but was given a family-size room with two double beds. Decor in basement corridor and stairs bit worn and tired, but room very clean and good-sized, modern en-suite with toiletries provided. Was in basement but not a problem security-wise as had bars on windows. May have posed a problem in summer if want curtains open, but not on […] a dark, winter night. Only criticism of room is that could only find two power sockets, one which was used for kettle. Extremely inadequate for a large family room. Hotel Reception very helpful. Rooms were a bit small but that's to be expected in most European cities. Great location, just a two minute walk from the tube station. Found the staff very friendly. Pity it didn't have a bar or restaurant but there were a few nearby. Overall, a very good experience and the price was good too.

The QPH is a great little hotel in a perfect location opposite Hyde Park. The room I has was not vast, but in good condition and perfectly serviceable. The bathroom was small but adequate for a short stay. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, even at 3.30 am. The included breakfast was fresh and tasty.

Was a really nice hotel, was just round the corner from a tube station which was great. The room was really clean and the staff were great. The only downfall was that the fire alarm went off quite early in the morning and other guests were a bit loud.

Rooms can be stuffy, needs a fan or something to circulate the air. The bathroom doors close automatically which is annoying. Breakfast was great and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

Queens Park Hotel- Very close to sub stastion, Queensway. Just 5 minuts walk. We stayed here 1 night. It's a nice and ok hotel. Little bit old but if you think about the price, it`s not so bad. The breakfast was not so good. Everything else was ok.

Excellent value. Buffee breakfast included, busy but tables cleared quickly and staff regularly filled hot food trays. Easy access to bus routes(24hr) Noise levels from outside moderate but late night guests can be heard in neighbouring rooms. Overall served our one night stay well.

Within 5 minutes walk to Queensway and Bayswater undergrounds. Quiet location. Renovations taking place on the outside, of which we were not advised meant scaffolding and cladding around the window. Based on previous reviews we didn't expect too much, and we weren't disappointed. The room was reasonably sized, but the bed wasn't good. This could be improved. It is ridiculous that you have to pay to access the wi-fi. Breakfast was good. Eggs, beans mushrooms, tomatoes, two cereals, croissants, breadrolls, two different kinds of sandwich bread, […] apple and orange juice, two kinds of youghurt, coffee and tea. We can't and won't complaint about this. The location was excellent, close to the tube and close to Kensington Gardens. All in all a place we would choose again if we were to go back. This hotel was ideally situated. Their are tube stations within walking distance, main road with bus route into central London within walking distance, and Kensington gardens is right down the street for a nice relaxing time. The breakfast is the same everyday, however it is sufficient for a good breakfast. The lifts, passages, staircases and rooms are very small. Clean hotel in excellent central location with friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was also much better than expected. Only downside was that our room wasn't very comfortable. I'm happy with a small room and expect it in city centre hotels. I didn't even mind that the bed was pushed against the wall but I do like a comfortable bed to sleep in. Our bed […] wasn't. The mattress was soft and lumpy and didn't give any support at all. Luckily we were only staying a couple of nights so could cope with it but I could not have slept on the bed for much longer without my back starting to hurt. I've given the hotel a fairly high rating taking into account it's location and the price ... if we had had a good bed then it would have got 5 stars.
