"Perfect business hotel near Fitzroy Square"
Clean and convenient for business travelers near Fitzroy Square.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Full of dust and the water is with brownish partic"
Over my stay, I have changed 3 rooms because of: dusty rooms (I think it fluffs from the low quality bed Lenin used) + rust in the water (brown particles) from tap and shower + dusty old carpet that make your feet itch! . I even encountered a big spider in the bathroom!Genuine Expedia guest review
My mother and I have stayed here for the last 4years. Every time it has been clean, quiet, and spacious. There are several grocery stores and a Boots on the same block.Genuine Expedia guest review
Great hotel...from arrival to departure. A friendly face and fresh water greeted me at the reception desk. Was given a comp upgrade to a larger room, one of the largest I've ever had in London. Room was very clean with all amenities that are helpful for a longer stay (complimentary drinking water in room, coffee/water pot, fridge, safe, iron board, […] etc). Great location to Tube; nice area to walk around and close to a market for small groceries. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
The room was nice but miniscule. I was not expecting a huge room, but this was a medium size closet.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Nice location - easily reachable - amazing staff"
We enjoyed our stay at the Radisson, the staff was excellent. The only thing I would say is if you are used to a quiet room - request it. Upon check-in we were given a room on the 1st floor - street side. The noise level was horrible - at 2am I called and requested another room for the remainder of our stay. They were very nice and accomodating. I mentioned […] we had plans the next day early and they said to pack our bags, and they would handle moving them once the rooms were cleaned and would be sure to put us in a quieter side of hotel and they did. They moved our bags and gave us another room that was perfectly quiet and lovely. Also, very easy to take the underground from Heathrow to get to/from. Would recommend this hotel and the staff Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Great place for tourists"
Small but comfortable room. Excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff. Nice bar.Genuine Expedia guest review
Great hotel for the price. Location close to the Euston main train station and Oxford shopping district. Many stores and pubs within easy walking distance. Located steps away from the Warren Street undergound station and with walking distance (a few city blocks) of Euston/Kings Cross/St. Pancras main station. If you have a lot of bags then take the […] underground to the main stations which are just one stop away. The hotel staff was very helpful and the room was small but well laid out and clean. "tiny and disappointing, and expensive"
very very small room and bathroom. no counter space romm was HOT and temp could not be regulated! would not stay againGenuine Expedia guest review
The perfect location being next to the Warren St tube. Very easy to get around town. Rooms, though small, were clean and remodeled and comfortable. The only negative is that WIFI was very spotty throughout the hotel and terrible in the rooms.Genuine Expedia guest review
Nice hotel & perfect location - close to the tube station. Very convenient.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
If you book this room with breakfast included, it will be a treat!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
All night long I heard voices and foot steps from the hallway outside my door. The floor of the hallway was constructed of wood that tended to amplify any noise. I will not book this hotel in the future.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Wonderful hotel, great location!"
We had a wonderful experience. Our room was warm and cozy when London was hit with an unexpected snow storm. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We would most definitely stay again and highly recommend.Genuine Expedia guest review

The stay was good but the rooms are very compact...especially the bathroomGenuine Hotels.com guest review
The hotel was quite expensive however this was around new years (so sorta expected). Location is awesome (right next to warren st station and mcdonalds). The complaint i had was that some medication went missing from my room after room service cleaned it (could have been thrown out by mistake). Still a very nice hotel.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Really uncomfortable bed!"
The bed was really hard and quite possibly the most uncomfortable bed iv ever slept in! This definitely made me put a lower rating that I otherwise would have!Genuine Expedia guest review
"Professional service, convenient location!"
The hotel is very conveniently located and connects you to the main landmarks within 10 minutes by tube. The service deserves 5 star but the worst thing is that wifi NEVER worked in my room!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Perfect location and great staff"
Found this hotel by accident as it fit both my budget and location requirement for a long weekend in London. Perfect location, just steps from the Warren Street Tube (on Victoria and Northern lines). Just a quick transfer from the Piccadilly line direct from Heathrow (allow about 1+ hour to get to/from but price of tube ticket beats a taxi!) Map is […] misleading and shows hotel as further from the tube. Just exit and walk left around the corner from McDonald's (maybe 100 feet#. Desk staff and housekeeping were fantastic. I did a lot of holiday shopping and theatre each night. Staff helped direct me to correct tube stations. My room was at the back of the hotel #a bit a walk from the lift, but worth it). Very quiet back there. I booked a single but was given a double bed. Worked for me. This is now my first choice when in London. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Short Trip good stay"
My experience at this hotel was good from the checking in to checking out. The front desk are very professional and willing to assist in any way. I was comfortable with my room and the facilities such as the gym in the basement. "Close to Tube station, nice hotel but dated rooms"
I was put up in a small room that had a very noisy fan/heating unit. It was very cold and I tried adjusting the heat but without success. After complaining several times about the noisy and useless heater, the hotel staff offered an additional space heater, and after waiting another half hour for the heater, I was told that there was currently no space […] heaters available and I was transferred to another room. This room was bigger in size but had a very worn and stained carpet. At least the heating unit worked and was not quite as noisy... so beware if you stay in this hotel and the weather is cold. The rooms are very dated and while clean, it is just very appealing to look at a stained carpet. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
I traveled with my wife and baby. Initially, I booked a queen-sized bedroom, but the baby crib cannot fit inside the room. The hotel is kind enough to upgrade us to a king-sized bedroom. The location of the hotel is fantastic. Just next to the underground. However, the wireless internet service in the hotel is super unstable. "Great place to stay"
The hotel is only a few feet away from the rail system, which is convenient to get around town. The hotel rooms are somewhat small but they are very clean. This boutique inspired hotel had everything that I needed and more. For this single gal in the city for a week on vacation, I was impressed. I reserved a double bed and received a queen. I asked at checkin for a quiet location and was accommodated. Staff was very professional and attentive. Room was small but it's London, I had everything I needed […] for the week. Bathroom was marble, up to date and tub was large enough for taking a bath. The little touches like complimentary water and even selection of teas and coffee was appreciated. I loved the location as it was next to a tube station and coffee shop right next door as well as a drugstore and little grocery down the way. Everything you need is right outside the door. Just a short walk, tube stop or bus ride to every tourist destination. Great experience and wifi was always available. Would stay here again and again. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Great service - not too great conditions"
I was very satisfied with the gracious service at the hotel. Everyone from reception desk, to restaurant, to room service was truly accommodating. I was not as satisfies with the conditions in the room. The air conditioning system makes constant noise (very disturbing at night). In fact I had to change rooms twice. Also the furniture arrangement in […] the room is not good - the leg of the bed almost touches the wall in front, leaving very little space to pass through - it made the experience not quite "4 star" level. I will consider revisiting this hotel with the hopes these conditions are improved. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"A world class staff"
Overall I had a stellar experience at the Radisson in London. The hotel layout is a bit different but still charming. The front desk staff was top of my list- from check in to check out they made my stay very easy and they were extremely helpful. Thanks againGenuine Hotels.com guest review
This hotel was wonderful! The staff was so friendly and professional. There was a fully functioning Mac desktop in the room with free internet! "excellent location, next to subway station."
Note to avoid getting a room close to local pub, as it is quite noisy. Always ask for an interior room, more expensive, but well worth the piece and quiet needed to sleep well at nite. Staff was helpful at all times. The room was clean. We had a back-facing room with no view, but it was great because it was very quiet. Since we only used the room for sleeping, we were happy with the quiet.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Good effort, but patchy service."
Let me verify my opinion with background. I'm a trainer in the hospitality industry who has worked front and back of house for luxury hotel and cruise ship brands for the last twelve years. The staff do try to uphold the promise of 100% satisfaction guaranteed but sometimes fail due to the hardware or infrastructure. Every staff member I met was courteous […] and dedicated with the exception of one room stewardess who had a 'not my job attitude.' I was staying for 10 days. One of the days, I left the hotel at 10am and came back at 5pm and my room had not been cleaned. Leaving for dinner, I met said stewardess in the corridor and asked if it could be done whilst I was at dinner. She gave me a scrap of paper with a number to call for service and told me she was going off duty soon! The service in room was spotty - vacuuming was not done in the ten days I was there. There was the odd glass or towel missing from the set up as my stay progressed. The door to my fridge was hanging off by one hinge. I left it jutting out each morning for them to see. Each day it was just pushed back in, only to fall out later. Reception were very accommodating, polite and well organized, despite being over run at peak times, check in, check out. When I arrived, there was not a room available in the standard I had booked (there seemed to be some confusion between 'double' and 'twin' - I'm a big man, on my own. Two single beds won't do it, which is why I booked a double...) Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
Will def be staying here again. Only tiny thing that was annoying was the wifi wasnt fast or reliable.. But I'm finding that is the case everywhere in Britain!! Otherwise this was the perfect fit for me in London.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"hottest day of the year NO AC"
The hotel is an older hotel that has been modernised. Some features they could not change like steps from the entry down to the bed area. I dont know if the AC has ever been any good but on this occasion it was not working so had to keep the windows open on a first floor room, very noisy. For London this was ths hottest day of the year. The staff and […] service are good, only so much they could do. Room service was excellent. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Room was too warm to sleep comfortably"
The rooms could definitely be updated and made more comfortable with better air conditioning. The decor was a bit dingy, so the room didn't feel very clean. Front desk staff was courteous and offered to upgrade our room for no charge, which was very nice. The only problem was that they switched me from a queen bed room to two twin beds--my spouse didn't […] appreciate that. But we were too tired to lug our stuff back down and switch. The intention was good. Overall this hotel would not be my first choice, but it was fine for a couple of nights. Hotel location was great though a bit loud because of its proximity to a hospital (sirens). Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Bait and switch?"
I booked a room with 2 beds - guaranteed. I thought it was pretty expensive for a Raddison, but did not have many choices on short notice. When I got to the hotel, it looked very nice from the lobby, but the receptionist told me they were "running out" of rooms with 2 beds and tried to get me to stay in a room with one bed. I said no. They then booked […] me in another (sister) hotel and arranged for transportation and gave me a free beer in the bar for my troubles. The sister hotel was not horrible, but clearly not nearly as nice as the Grafton. Nevertheless, they charged me the same as the Grafton. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
We chose this hotel due to the proximity to the train station. The rate was expensive and the room was very small. The room was the size of our master bathroom at home. We had to drag our luggage very far from the elevator to our room, which would not have been so bad had it not been for several steps going up to a hallway, then down to another hallway, […] then up... Also, the room did not have a hair dryer. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
We were extremely pleased with our 2 twin bed room. We were concerned that the room would be small based on some Expedia reviews but found it quite roomy as European hotels go. We talked with a few other guests who thought there room was too small. We're not sure of their location but we faced the side street The in-room refrigerator was a big plus […] for storing beverages and there was a 110-volt outlet and wash cloths. The location was perfect! Tube/subway station less than 50 yards away, bus stop just outside the hotel door, McDonald's two doors down and two nice "convenience store"-type businesses within the block. Tasty restaurants within 10 minute walk on Goodge and Charlotte Streets and numerous Indian restaurants off of nearby Drummond. (Big thumbs up for Ping Pong, an Asian-themed restaurant on Goodge). 5 minutes by bus from The British Museum. Relatively central location for tourism. We always felt safe walking in the area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Only two negatives--the hotel restaurant was VERY expensive (£31 GBP for buffet breakfast [about $46]) and a good bit of noise from the outside including sirens throughout the night as there's a hospital right across the street from the hotel. We sleep with the TV on so it was no problem for us but light sleepers should ask for a room away from the street. I would stay at this hotel anytime I visited London. "Great location at a reasonable price"
The room is rather small, but comfortable. The location of the Hotel is excellent, just some meters away from the underground. Breakfast was not included , but it is very good as well. The staff at front desk is not very useful if you ask […] for directions, as most of them seems to be foreigners, but are friendly. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
No room temperature controls meant climbing on a chair to open the windows in order to cool the stuffy room. Our windows were at roof level where work was being done and so open windows meant no security and no quiet from city noise. All of the electrical outlets were fixed on the desk, so no night stand devices like iPhones or travel alarms could be […] used. There were no lamps in the room other than the ceiling spot lamps which were very bright if a companion tried to sleep in. We had a set of 3 irregular steps between the bedroom and bath and no way to see them in the dark. We both tripped or fell on them. The hair dryer was fixed at the desk... no mirror there... useless. The slider lock on the door was broken off and the dead bolt was difficult to open, almost had to call for help... scary if a fire broke out. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
