Homage Grand Salon Restaurant - Located in the original 1908 Grill Room, its Grade II listed features are characteristic of the Louis XVI style. The restaurant has 95 seats with a feature bar and walk-in wine cabinet. The new design blends the existing fabric with contemporary elements. The restaurant serves classical dishes as well as some more contemporary favourites, a grill selection and daily regional European specials. The wine list is European.
Good Godfrey's Bar and Lounge - Good Godfrey's serves lunch. In the evening cocktails are complemented by a variety of food plates.

We were catching a cruise in Southhampton so we decided to stay in London a few days before. I chose this particular hotel because of the fabulous location! It was within walking distance of so many things we wanted to see and do! It sits 5 min. from the Thames River where you can see Big Ben, the London Eye and many, many other great things! You can […] walk to Covent Gardens in 5 min. and shop til you drop! The ONLY complaint I had was my internet would not stay signed on and for the money, it was quite aggravating! Also, the hotel charges a LOT to exchange your money from dollars to pounds! My cab ride with having to pay to exchange my money, from the airport to the hotel costs me a bundle!! It was bad enough for just the ride alone, but add in the % to change the money, I almost swallowed my tongue! But the hotel is great and the location is even GREATER! This hotel was a good choice for us. Location was perfect.We could walk to many of the tourist attractions or use the Bus Tours, or go to a show. The staff were very friendly and courteous. Our only complaint was Internet acess, especially wireless was problematic. "Great location"
Hotel was in great location at he West End of London with walking distance to shows as well as Covent Garden, Traflager square, Westminster and Buckingham Palace. The hotel rooms were very modern and very very clean. The hotel food was excellent and the afternoon tea was wonderful. "Not a 5 star experience"
Stayed one night, rooms were absolutely fine, great height. Disappointed that our luggage took so long to be brought up to our room, had to phone down for it. Also wanted to have a drink/snack with the kids, only place available was the cold lobby/entrance, staff too busy to take our order, so we tried the bar area on suggestion of receptionist, kids […] weren't allowed after 5pm. OK, you can say you stayed at the Hilton on the Strand, But the room was very small and dark, internet access is a ridiculous 14.95 per 24 hours. "The Waldorf Hilton London"
This hotel is in a good location close to Covent Garden and Theatres. We had a deluxe twin room which was spacious, clean and well presented. The check in was easy and we were able to leave our luggage with the concierge to be brought to our room when the room was ready.The down sides where faulty air conditioning and the shower flooded into the room. […] We reported these faults at reception and they just said they would report it to housekeeping. We checked out later that day and housekeeping had still not arrived. Hôtel défraîchit. Ne vaut pas 5 étoiles, loin de là. Internet payant, ahurissant pour un 5 étoiles. Chambre de soit disant 28 m2 affichés sur le site, mais plus petite dans la réalité. Une minuscule fenêtre qui nous obligeait à allumer la lumière en journée et qu'on pouvait ouvrir de quelques centimètres seulement. Un gros pilier devant le petit bureau […] rendant difficile, pour ne pas dire impossible le fait de s'y installer pour travailler un peu. Horaires contraignant pour la piscine, à savoir ouverte de 9h à 12h et de 14 à 17 h. A ces heures là, si on est touriste, on est de sortie. Si on vient pour le travail, on travaille. Points positifs toutefois, le personnel est adorable et l'emplacement est super, en plein quartier des théâtres + plein de boutiques autour si on veut faire du shopping. チェックインした部屋はカーテンが満足に開け閉めできない部屋であった。係に事情を説明したところ、チェックに来て、今夜直すといったものの、その後の対応はなかった。改めて苦情を言ったが、明日直すというばかりであった。次の日も直しに来なかったので、また係に苦情を言ったところ、しかるべき部署に伝えるというばかり。結局、対応は何もなされず、別の部屋もなかった。設備は全般に古く、団体客で喧しかった。どのような基準かは知らないが、５星というにはほど遠いのではなかろうか。Genuine Hotels.com guest review
