Biggest complaint was the outdated nature of the hotel in general (hallways, rooms, carpet, bedding) - this was not an inviting space, from the check-in to the room - rather depressing experience after similar hotels that we booked were so much more for the money. We pre-requested,and were allocated, a room at back. We arrived early, left our bag , had our booking and request confirmed before we went out. We returned some 2 hours after the 2 o clock check in time and were given the roomkey. The room was at the back as requested but was a mess from the previous occupants. "Disappointing"
Neither heating nor in-room internet worked. Bathroom was cramped and the decor rather tired. The corridors were gloomy and the carpet grubby. I notice that a cup left on the floor in the corridor in the afternoon was still there the following morning.Genuine Expedia guest review

I booked a two night stay in a deluxe double room, with complimentary wifi. For the first night, I was put in a single room, but given it was late I couldn't be bothered to complain until the morning. On the positive side, when I returned to the hotel fro my second night, I had indeed been moved to a double room. However, the wifi connection was appalling, […] dropping every five minutes or so due to a very weak signal. I was staying on business, and had to rush out on my final morning. If I had been staying for leisure reasons, or had more time available, I would have complained to the hotel management. Fick ett rum som någon redan bodde i. Fick ett nytt rum snabbt, låg dock en våning lägre. Spelade dock inte så stor roll då utsikten ändå var en parkeringsplats. Positivt var att rummet med London-mått var riktigt stort.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
