Hotel is good value for money. The pool is nice. breakfast a big disappointing, would help if the girls serving at breakfast would crack a smile. We have stayed at the sister hotel across the road and thought that gave a better overall experience than this hotel. Rooms are modern but a few detAils missing which we found a bit strange considering the […] thought put into the decor. E.g. no toilet roll holder or towel rail. How can you be green and reuse your towel if you can't hang it up?The surrounding area is run down as Kinross has unfortunately a run down high street. Lots of empty shops. Had really nice time. All staff were v friendly. Didn't enjoy meal in bar didn't think there was a lot of choice + portion size of bangers + mash was disapointing for my partner. Child portion. Ate at the Greens Jocks bar. Very nice + friendly. Booked for the Backstage comedy night. Only 18 people but was good night. Would go back again room pleasant […] except tv didn't work v well. Das Bild ist schöner als der tatsächliche Anblick. Es wird aber gerade auch etwas dran getan (streichen). Der Service war gut. Das Personal super nett. Persönliche Ansprache war gegeben. Auch bei Fragen stand man gern zur Verfügung. Das Zimmer war sauber und gepflegt. Die Bar war ebenfalls ganz gut. Auch innen könnte eine Renovierung nicht schaden.
