Great service from begin to end...!!! Great reception, Room was just amazing Queen Deluxe Room, Shower, Building Newly made in 2013. Nice a quiet, Breakfast was amazing as usual at Hilton. Please guys don't just take my word for it, just visit yourself, you wont be disappointed, worth the money. Things I would change; Food wishing there was more options […] for vegetarians. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Waldorf Astoria. Everything was perfect. I had booked us into a comedy club on the evening of our stay, we wish we had just stayed in the hotel for the evening! We had a massage the next morning and it was soooooo good. The only fault I can say is that we couldn't use the sauna and the sink plug in our room wasn't […] working. Minor faults as the stay was the best. Staff couldn't do enough for us either. The surrounding neighbourhood was not brilliant, but we weren't there for that. I took my girlfriend to the Waldorf Astoria Hotel for a nice getaway. The staff were extremely helpful and showed us around upon our arrival. The hotel was spotless, perfect in every way! we couldn't fault it. The room facilities were fantastic. The contemporary room design was beautiful. The only negative I could give this place is that it was quite […] close to Heathrow airport meaning aeroplanes make a lot of noise. However, the room was surprisingly well sound proofed and nothing could be heard with the balcony door shut. My third stay at this hotel which we find very comfortable and friendly. The main draw back with this hotel is the restaurant, it has the potential to be good its large and has a nice view of the seating outside but it lacks any atmosphere. You are always reminded of how the veggies etc are grown in the grounds and all home sourced yet the menu Never changes it just gets the same dishes jigged about, room service menu is exactly the same as our first visit and limited. We love staying at this hotel but we now eat out of the hotel which is a shame as the restaurant would be an added bonus if it sorted out its food and ambience this is reflected in the fact that its always empty. all of that aside its a great place to stay and within easy reach of london. My partner and I went for a romantic weekend getaway and it certainly ticked all boxes! Upon arrival, we were given a complimentary upgrade to a deluxe room with a courtyard view and balcony. Staff were helpful and always smiling. Free parking available and lots of things to do around the area providing you have a car to get around (Kingston Bentalls […] Shopping centre, Hampton Court Palace, Kew Gardens all not too far). My partner and I stopped in this beautiful hotel for two nights for our anniversary. Stunning, is the first word that comes to mind upon entering the modestly decorated hotel. The price does reflect this, but it was worth it. The staff in the restaurant were amazing, especially mario. He was courteous, friendly and knowledgable- every restaurant should have a waiter like this! The bar served beautiful cocktails that were cleverly presented, definitely worth working your way through the cocktail menu! Every drink had a different personality! We stayed here for a night away from the children and combined it with the day at Kew and a night out in Richmond. You do need a car or pay for a taxi for a night out as not really close to anything. Hotel staff very friendly and provided great service, immaculate lounges, bar. Swimming pool and spa were amazing. Only negative - bathroom floor was dirty […] in our room, the rest of the room was clean, large and well appointed. Very minor negatives -we could hear the aeroplanes from our room in the morning - you are not far from Heathrow. Also morning buffet breakfast selection included in price was quite poor. Kjempe flott hotell med god service. Det ligger isolert til midt i en park og bør nok besøkes på vår, sommer eller høst. Man må ta taxi for å komme seg rundt ettersom nærmeste bane ligger 15/20 min unna.

場所はロンドン中心から遠く、公園を出てしまうとそれほど素敵なロケーションではありませんが、ホテルの中はとても清潔で、スタッフの方もものすごく親切でよいホテルです。朝食も大変おいしかったです。 ヒースローに向かう飛行機の経路の真下になっていますので、それが気になる方はいらっしゃるかもしれません。（窓を閉めれば大丈夫です） 車なしでロンドン中央と行き来されるかたは、バスと電車で。一日乗車券をお使いになると安いです。 キューガーデンへは徒歩でも行けます。
