The apartment we had in this block was fantastic value for money and we couldn`t have asked for a better location for spending time at the Docks and... Liverpool One. We were visiting Liverpool with our 2 teenage daughters and they loved the Penthouse views and how modern it was. If I was going to balance the feedback with any areas for improvement then the floors could have been cleaner, the coffee machine looked great but didn`t work and the outside of the building is very grubby and tired. Overall though, this is a brilliant location and a very cool apartment for the price. We would definitely return. Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 24, 2013

The apartment we had in this block was fantastic value for money and we couldn`t have asked for a better location for spending time at the Docks and Liverpool One. Perfect location, Two minutes walk to Albert Dockland and Beatles Story Museum. Comfortable and clean. My stay was perfect. Very easy to get there, no reception but really easy to get the keys on the office.

The company needs to check gas supply in the apartment before they hand over to their customer. we were in the apartment without heating for 5 hours, it was very cold that day. There was no DVD player as promised in the hotel description.
