Days Inn Liverpool City Centre

I only had the one night there and only used my room when I got back from shopping all day but from the moment I arrived to when I left the reception staff were very helpful..My room was very clean and comfortable, lots of plug sockets which is good for hairdryer , straighteners etc and one right by the full length mirror and the hairdryer was not one […] of those stuck to a wall in the bathroom in a room with not enough light!! All these things make so much difference to the ease of our stay when a woman stays in these hotels. I had a great time! The hotel is in a perfect location, in the business district also in front of Albert Dock, with all those beautiful buildings around, and museums. The train station is next to the hotel, it was perfect, I recommend it to my frinds and family and definitely I am going back.

Wonderful! Quite, reasonably priced, clean & comfortable. Only thing that could have been better would have been if breakfast had been included, but I managed just fine. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Liverpool!

Room is spacious. I booked a room with a double bed and a sofa bed for 3 person. Upon arrival, the sofa bed had already been converted from a sofa to a bed with bedsheet and pillows. Overall room is very clean, and the hotel look new.

We booked two nights here to visit liverpool days inn is in a good location and the rooms/ensuites are clean and well equipped we had have noisy neighbours but a quick call to reception and they dealt with it immediately well done to reception excellent service

“Fantastic” Brilliant 2 nights stay. All staff are really helpful and friendly, the rooms modern, very clean and boast a warm comfy bed. Overall a clean, friendly hotel, just a short walk to the Albert Docks, shopping centre and the cavern quarter. Would definitely stay again.

Couldn't fault the hotel.Central for sightseeing and shopping. Next door to James street station but ultra quiet. Didn't hear a single train. Clean well appointed rooms ,comfy beds and efficient obliging staff. Bathrooms with constant hot water and superb power showers. Parking not good though. Drop off point at rear {Moor St} blocked by builders wagons […] and materials. No spaces at front. Unloaded ahead of taxi rank and got a ticket after ONE MINUTE AND FOUR SECONDS.Wardens turn a blind eye to taxis which park on double yellows,on the footpath and in bus lanes. Hotel has discount deal with underground car park five minutes away which charges £14.50 a day.. Given barcoded voucher on checkout.DIDN'T WORK. Charged full price. On arrival because the reception area was very small and to the side of the entrance I thought it was going to be a cheap substandard hotel. However, I am delighted to say that this was most certainly not the case! Centrally located, decent enough. However, my room was an accessible one, which meant it was beside the lfit. Handy, very spacious, but unfortunately, the ignorance of the drunk clientele roaring their heads off at night as they made their way out of the lift to their rooms made it difficult to sleep. This wasn't helped by the fact that the FIRE DOOR […] was left open. I closed it and it made a slight difference, but not enough. Stayed here for one night the room was large, clean and modern. It is situated next to James Street and is a short walk from the docks and Liverpool one. As it next to the train station you would expect hear some noise however this wasn't the case. We got the hotel at an excellent price for such a great city centre location.

A great option if you can get a good price. A cut above the usual travel lodge/ premier inn standard for a little bit extra but probably worth it. Dont expect too much but we did have a decent sized room, clean and with a comfortable bed slap bang in the middle of Liverpool.

The staff were very friendly and the housekeeping team were accomodating. But each morning we were woken by the housekeeping throwing things onto their trolleys in the corridor. As well as this there were guests always running up and down the corridor, on one occassion singing. The couple in the room mext to ours also woke us by singing loudly in the […] morning. Bringing this to the attention of the hotel did not make a difference. On the upside of our stay, the room was very neat and clean but I don't think the room, which was situated by the main road (So a lot of noise from the pub next door which was expected) was worth the money. We booked this hotel on one of expedia's offers and it was clean, friendly and in a great location. Good selection for breakfast and the staff were very helpful, definitely recommend it to others. The sofa bed wasn't very comfortable for the kids so if staying longer than the two nights I would book them their own room.

I booked at this hotel for a weekend to watch the soccer about a month earlier after reading reviews and i was very happy with my decision. From the minute i walked in, the staff were very friendly. I went up to the room and strangely the bathroom only had a bath tub but no shower head so reception offered my another room without me asking when i questioned […] why. The most important thing for me was how clean a room is and this is what i based my booking on and i was not disappointed. The room was very spacious and very clean and in general the hotel had a modern feel and look. The day i checked out, i was able to leave my bags in the hotel and pick them up in the evening as well. Price wise i think i had a good deal, however, i had only every once stayed in a hotel in the uk so i don't have much to compare it to but from what i saw when booking, for a hotel of this quality and location, it was at a very competitive price compared to others i saw, unless you are staying on a saturday night, then the price doubled. The location was a 5 minute walk from Liverpool one, which is the centre of the city and only cost me about 7 pounds max to get to Anfield. Overall i would definitely stay at this hotel again if i were to go back to Liverpool. Read more
