Hotellet er et mindre hotell indrettet i formentlig tidligere rækkehusbebyggelse. Hotellet ligger inden for gåafstand (10 min) af Yorks bymidte og er let at komme til med bil. Hotellet har egen parkeringsplads, der er overvåget, Boede i "de luxe room" som var tilpas stort og med plads til ophold også uden for sengen, Der er kaffe/the faciliteter.
