"An average hotel"
Had to wait to check in for 10 minutes because there was a wedding going on. Had to ring the hotel to get someone to check me in. The man who checked me in was very helpful and all staff were friendly but when I got upstairs my room was freezing because the heating was off and the window was wide open.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
