"Days Hotel - London Outskirts"
In an ordinary neighborhood, this very fine hotel greeted us. Close to Heathrow Airport, it was just up the street from an Underground station, making it ideal for a quick foray into the heart of London and the most famous sights, and then back to the airport when it was time to leave.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great find"
Better than expected. Wanted a sight-seeing trip to London without the expense of staying in the centre. Lovely clean hotel. Across the road from hounslow central tube station (Piccadilly line). The hotel was clean and rooms more than adequate. Great for the price. Couldn't hear the planes, even though so close to heathrow. Car-park cheaper than the […] surrounding hotels, and secure. "Economical and Convenient"
After a disastrous choice of an economy hotel on the fringes of London Queens Drive Hotel) we were concerned about this even lower priced hotel near Heathrow airport (3 London Tube stops away). We were very pleasantly surprised! The hotel was above the usual standards of a Days Inn chain hotel and it was only two blocks from the Hounslow Central London […] Tube station. We toured London easily using the Tube and on the day of our departure we were only a short Tube ride away from the airport. The only slight negative was the surrounding area. "Clean, Convenient, courteous not costly"
Great location, only a few minutes walk away from the tube station. The Piccadilly line is a great line to get you to most of the sites or to get you to a connecting tube. Its also only a 20 minute tube ride to Heathrow. There is also a lot of shops and places to eat about a 10 minute walk away (opposite direction of the tube station). Didn't have a […] lot of contact with the staff but what contact we had was pleasant. We arrived a few hours early for check in and they had a room for us with in 5 minutes. Room was clean and a nice size. We found the beds a little bid hard but not unbearable. I have stayed in other hotels in London and paid a lot more for a much smaller room that was only a little bit closer to the sites I wanted to see. great hotel, such a handy position for both heathrow - 3 stops away on the tube! - and the tube itself, it is literally a 1 minute walk from the nearest station. the hotel itself is bright and well maintained and the rooms were great. the surrounding area was grand with a shopping area about 5 minutes walk away. very helpful friendly staff too.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
We arrived at Hounslow station and were really pleased to see the hotel more or less opposite (2 minute walk). It took around 45minutes to get into theatre land (covent garden), but trams were frequent, so this was not a problem. The hotel was very clean, spacious and comfortable and I would recommend to anyone. The price was reasonable for our stay, […] but i thought the breakfast was too expensive £11 for full english. The beer prices in the bar were reasonable £3 a pint. This is not too bad for London. You could go down the road to the centre of Hounslow for breakfast, dinner, tea or a pint at a reasonable cost. Hotellin hinta-laatu-suhde oli hyvä. Yhteys Heathrown lentokentälle on metrolla nopea. Kaupungille matkustamiseen tarvitaankin sitten jo enemmän aikaa. Hotellilta muutaman sadan metrin päässä on melko suuri 24h ruokakauppa.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

L'hotel est propre, agréable et fidel aux photos disponible sur le site. Il n'y a pas grand chose de négatif à part 2 choses à savoir: -l'hotel se situ à 35min de metro du centre, ce qui est assez fatiguant en fin de journée surtout que les places assises sont prises d'assaut!! pour un séjour de courte durée c'est peut etre trop de temps perdu. -le […] personnel ne parle que l'anglais, si vous ne maitrisez pas les bases ça peut etre un problème!!
