"going to uni"
Excellent service, very friendly Breakfast was fantastic. Lots of choice which is a bonus for someone who is gluten free and doesn't have cows milk. Bed very comfy and shower hot. "Hell at the hilton"
Catastrophic service. Non-family friendly. No cot in room despite it having been requested. Cot arrived later but no linen, then 50% linnen, then dirty linen. No bath for baby. Cot then collapses with child in it. Disabled alarm then goes of and can't be turned off (at reception either) for an hour while child is trying to sleep - none of us are disabled.
