I was extremely satisfied with our stay at Pelham Lodge. We rented 3 rooms, 2 double and a family room. All rooms were clean, roomy and exactly like the pictures depicted on the web site. I was surprised how many people were at breakfast the next morning as it was so quiet i thought that we were the only guests. I booked the hotel after hours of searching and research. I was surprised with the quality of service and friendly owner who greeted us with smile and made us comfortable. Rooms had new, bright and fresh decor and situated only minutes away from the city centre and beach. An excellent hotel stopped here for a trip to the darts very near to Blackpool north train station and only 5 minutes walk to winter gardens though it took ten back as we was blathered lol

The Hotel, is great value for money, for anyone that wants a quiet stay near funny girls or the north pier its just right. The rooms are spotless and en-suites immaculate. Why pay for expensive hotel when u get great quality rooms here. This is by FAR the worst establishment i have ever encountered. I was outraged by the lack of professionalism and standards. On arrival we had an hours wait, as nobody was in, staff were rude and ill mannered. Hugely overpriced, stay clear from here!

Pelham Lodge is five minutes walk from the Opera house where I went to see a show. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast included a selection of cereals, fruit juices and a cooked breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful.
