    The owners of this hotel are lovely, very warming and welcoming however i felt the hotel itself let us down. I would recommend redecorating \ refurbishment of the hotel as in wall papers, colours, carpets, furniture,television sets.

    This b and b is situated almost next to Blackpool tower. Location-wise it's excellent. Good service and very helpful owners. Only downside is its rooms are unfortunately in need of some updating n the toilet is a bit cramped n tired.
