This B&B is an amazing place with amazing hosts. Dean and Steve are to be highly complimented on their approach to managing this facility. The rooms are... immaculate, the atmosphere is warm and friendly, the food cooked just right and the hotel is in the perfect location. I can't sing their praises enough, nothing was two much trouble for either of them. This hotel is perfect! The breakfast is amazing, the owners are very friendly and welcoming And e room is just lovely, the bed is so comfy which is the most important thing for me. And it's really close and easy to get to everything. Will defiantly stay again next time we go to Blackpool

Lovely and clean throughout. Very pleasant and friendly owners. Well situated. The only slight negative is that we had to wait quite a while for bar service a couple of times on the second night but can't complain too much as they had been out and bought a bottle of Jack Daniels especially for us. We found Dean & Steve to be lovely friendly host and greeted us with a warm welcome. The room was very clean and the breakfast was really good. I would definately recommend this hotel and will definately be going back and staying there

Hotel staff were amazingly friendly. Around 10mins walk to the beach/promenade & main shopping centre. Breakfast was really good and the rooms were very clean! Great hotel, would recommend to stay here!!!
