I stayed 4 nights in Feb 2013 and can't praise the hotel staff enough. They are friendly and accommodating only too willing to help. The food was excellent with a specials menu in the evening at a very competitive price. "Average accommodation"

"Sea front location"

Nice hotel, but reception slow and lifts very long. Concierge did not have any map of Blackpool or any tourist brochure to offer, which I found very strange in a tourist destination like that. "En bit från centrum"
