During our stay, we were disappointed that a three course meal was served instead of carvery meal on two evenings. We stayed at the Hilton Blackpool for 3 nights. It was a fun trip and the hotel was close to the tram which was nice. You could see the ocean from some rooms. The food was good but quite expensive inside the hotel. The pool was nice and heated.

Hotel not great for a four-star, let alone a Hilton. However, probably the best in Blackpool. Two standard rooms booked. OK for space but furniture scratched/scuffed/handles not affixed properly etc. One very flat pillow per person so requested more. Cleanliness good. No minibar/fridge in room. Disappointing no free wifi in rooms, only in lobby. Ample […] car parking in hotel car park, but again, disappointing there was a daily charge for guests. Didn't use the leisure facilities, but pool looked small. Food expensive considering the standard and where we were. Waiting staff in restaurant struggled with English. Breakfast ok, although hotel encouraged guests to avoid the queues during peak periods and attend breakfast early. My suggestion to the hotel would be to take on more staff. Reception staff helpful. Got this at a decent price last minute. Rooms tired and in need of a bit of work, but the main areas in reception, restaurant etc are well maintained. Excellent breakfast - huge choice, quality food, good service. All you can eat included in our deal - well worth it as it sets you up for the day. Reception were also very helpful. Onsite car parking […] but it's £5 per day, so not cheap but very convenient. Well lit car park and security cameras visible too, so looked fairly safe. Good hotel location for the 'sights', right on the front with room views straight out to sea. Blackpool is an acquired taste though! Hotel was easy to find, parking great, staff helpful and friendly. Walked into the town easily enough or caught a tram (stop nearby). Hotel clean, room comfy and tidied daily, breakfast fab with lots of variety. Overall, my children and I loved it, would stay there again.

Family deluxe room was anything but deluxe. Checked in to find refrigerator have been removed and not enough towels, linens, etc. Shower handle was very old and stuck, had to get management to come to room to get it to work. Could only get it to work once, so only one person could shower. Finally got a fridge to room to find out it was dirty on the […] inside with stuck on food, liquids. Gross! So had to call again to get it cleaned. TV in bunk bed area was corded wrong so lots of interference. Only 2 working elevators and due to wait sometimes a 15 min wait to get on. Elevators a good distance from room. Upon checkout explained our displeasure with manager we had been working with entire time. Very good hotel, far enough away from the rock and slot shops of blackpool. Beds very comfortable (sealey) and most rooms have sea views and well equipped with hairdryers, tea/coffee etc. We had both lunch and breakfast at the hotel and the food was very good indeed.

Hotel is ideal for a stay, the room was basic with a pull down sofa that was very uncomfortable, the breakfast was brilliant , staff good and there own car parking which is good for blackpool. Will stay again next year.

An average hotel, not quite what you would expect from Hilton though. The location is quite far from the pleasure beach (opposite end of the prom). Location is on the main promenade but is well away from the town centre and piers. Thats ok for the quiet area but makes it difficult to see the sights. Beach is just across the road, again a quiet area. The room was in bad need of refurbishment with broken wardrobe door and lots of scuffs. Also when next door had their tv on it was like being on in our room, at 23.20 I gave up and banged the wall twice which made him switch tv off. Food was good.
