"Average Hotel with silly things letting it down"
Very average hotel with the breakfast letting them down. They should take a visit to a Premier Inn and learn a few things! Its is generally OK but can find long queues at reception at checkout time and long waits at the bar when it's busy. Silly things let it down like food trays being left outside rooms in the corridor all evening and night and room […] keys don't always work and windows that don't close properly to isolate the noisy road. Stayed several times and normally have to change allocated room due to one issue or another. Be aware this company over books capacity so don't arrive too late or you may end up in another hotel!
