The Riviera comprises three main towns: Torquay is the most fashionable and popular with a luxury marina, good beaches, and family attractions including a famous Model Village and the Kent’s Cavern. Paignton is a more traditional English resort, boasting a superb zoo. Brixham is not only a picturesque fishing harbour but one of Britain's busiest fishing ports. The adjacent area, the South Hams, is known as one of the prettiest in England.
see all hotels in Torquay"great place if you dont mind other guests dogs in the breakfast room in the mornings"
the double delux room was a large room at the top of the house with a good size bathroom , room clean and well decorated. lovely large comfy bed with great white bedding. The bathroom really needs a shower curtain and shower not that powerful but that was the only fault . The breakfast was great well cooked and a choice of cereal , fresh fruit ect. Althought […] dogs where aloud in some bedrooms which was not a problem to us (we do have pets at home) no dogs wher aloud in delux rooms so room clean and fresh, but we did not like the fact that the people with dogs brought them into the dinning room for breakfast in the mornings while you were eating.i think dinning rooms are for dinning and no dogs , they should be left either in the room or put them in the car , as not all guest like a dog under their feet while they are eating. parking was not great as up steep narrow zig-zag drive. we ended up parking on the road. town was a 5 min walk downhiil but seemed alot longer coming back up The rest of the house could do with a fix up as a bit tatty in places. The owners were very pleasent and friendly would recomend if you dont mind dogs in the dinning room for breakfast a great place to stay. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
