For a hotel that was built less than a year ago, I was not impressed at all by the quality of the room. One of the toilets was propped up by a brick, in the other bathroom the faucet was not attached to the sink, the hot water tank leaked, neither the stove nor the range worked...it was all around a very disappointing room based on how it is portrayed […] online. That said, the service is very good - the clerk came up to see what could be done and provided us with extra towels and did what she could to make our stay more pleasant.
