The hotel was gorgeous and really well cleaned etc, staff were very nice and helpful. The only issues we really had were that the hotel was a bit of a walk from some places in town such as Piccadilly Gardens and the Printworks area but it wasn't so far that it wasn't do-able. A little expensive, but I got in on a really good deal from Hotels . com. The hotel is very nice, and the rooms are great as well. I mainly picked it for the location as I had a gig at the Comedy Store that night and it's like a 3 min walk down the road, and not only that but there is a great casino next door called man234chester or something like that […] which had a nice poker game running after my show. I've stayed at the Hilton a few times now on business. On this occasion the Sky Bar was closed for refurbishment but hopefully it will be ready for my next trip. It's always a pleasure to stay there. It was something my friend and i had wanted to do for months, stay at the Hilton and go to Cloud 23 bar. Very impressed as we arrived, felt very welcomed and the staff so pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and very spacious and very very very comfy beds. I had pre- booked our visit to Cloud 23 and excellent service as we entered the lift. We were […] seated in a corner and the red material chairs were covered in white fluff. The waitress moved away and we moved seats, we ordered our champagne cocktails but had to wait 25 minutes until we received them, there was no excuse as the bar was quiet. we only managed 2 drinks in 2 hours...it sort of spoiled the cloud 23 experience. But the rest of the experience was amazing and we will be returning. And we did not hear any noise at all throught out our stay in our rooms, maybe as we where on the 11th floor...
