"Good to stay for one night"
I would say it is good for a one night business stay but not families or couples. It is in a horrible area with no local amenities but handy for the Velodrome and Man City FC. The room was smart although the carpet was stained. The toilet was on permanent flush as I entered the room which I would have expected the cleaner to notice and get fixed. However, […] reception got someone to come straight away and fix it. However, he did not bother to clean up the splashing all around the loo area and I was disconcerted to see a few minutes later that the same staff member was also serving dinner in the restaurant.
