"Worst stay EVER!"
This hotel is located in the heart of the industrial section of Manchester. Don't expect to be able to walk to any restaurants, bars or even convenience mart. The hotel DID NOT have the basic necessities such as: alarm clock, closet, dresser or WASH CLOTH's. "Not 4 star quality – lack of staff and security"
Extremely dissatisfied experience staying at Holiday Inn Manchester Central Park. Disturbed in the late night by a man using an exercise bike in the corridor outside of our room making an awful noise. Poor quality gym facilities. No basic washing products such as shower gel in the shower dispenser, soap, flanels and run-down dirty bathroom. On attempting […] to call for assistance, no staff to answer the call despite a long wait and I later discover that there are no staff at the front desk. No security to the hotel. On dialing the hotel operator and emergency numbers, again no reply - so I presume no assistance if any emergencies occur at the hotel.
