The staff was very friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. The food in the restaurant was quite bad, the breakfast ok though. The room was very cold and altough we complained about it it didn't get warmer. We just stayed for one night in business purposes so in that way it was fine. "Not what I wanted after a long day on the road."
Arrived at approx 11am no one to be found on reception another guest helped me look for someone Bar closed on arrival No Free Wi-fi as cards had not arrived was advised Advised me that only room only basis but argued that on Expedia it states this hotel offers a complimentry breakfast.
