Set on the wooded Maures coast, this former fishing village is now a very popular resort, fringed by a dozen beaches made up of 12 different colours of sand. Dolphins are still sighted along the bay and Le Lavandou’s attractive old town is pedestrianised. From the port there are regular ferries to the delightful Iles d’Hyères islands. Inland, the fragrant Provençal hillside town of Bormes les Mimosas is a magnet for tourists and flower lovers.

The terasse next to the beach is wonderful and from the seaside the hotel looks acceptable.But attention of families with small children because the water is getting deep quickly. The restaurant is correct with some good dishes. Instead , from main entrance the view is awfull. Once you're in, you fill like in the railway station waiting room. When advancing […] on the main hall to find the room,it's even worse, you fill like searching where to put the garbage. The room ,everything a minima with a bathroom who looks like a swimming pool after each shower . So in our opinion ,the hotel could be rated two stars in the best case.
