"Avoid dinners"
1. My reservation was half board, i.e. dinner included. It is open buffet dinner, therefore all the staff is supposed to do is to clean tables and bring drinks. The first day we arrived about 45 minutes to the end of the dinner service. Almost half of the buffet was empty. The service was very slow, I could never get anything brought to table before […] reminding at least two more times. For 3 nights the waiters could not open the wine bottle, took out the cork before removing the labeling on it, did not bring wine glasses, etc. Overall dinner service (not the food) was a disappointing experience. 2. Also wireless internet is available in an aisle on the ground floor only. Why not in the lobby? 3. For the sake of transparency hotel guests should be reminded that Euro Disney entrance fee is extra, not included in the hotel price. I was misled with the "at Disneyland" part in the name of the hotel. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Clean but overpriced"
The hotel was clean but the whole lobby felt like a kids playhouse. They even had a ball pit. I was told there was wifi in the lobby but when I tried to access it, it was out of range. I asked about it and was told I would have to go right next to the bar to get any wifi. They have a shuttle that will take you to Disneyland and Disney Village but the […] shuttle stops at 10:45PM. This is inconvenient since they have restaurants in the Disney Village that are open later. The hotel room was very basic. They only give you shampoo and soap, not any of the usual toiletries like a shower cap or cotton swabs. The room just felt very sparse. There is a shuttle from and to the airport but it doesn't run constantly. We needed to leave for our flight before the shuttles started. It is a 90 dollar cab ride from CDG airport. I have stayed in your hotel before, while visiting euro disney ,and was happy with hotel so nooked it again. Unfortunately this time we were very unhappy with our stay this time ,room was not very clean and bathrooms were never cleaned well, as well restocked. We needed to call each day to have towels etc replaced house keeping was horrible. As being […] foreigners to france and europe we know our expectations are a lot higher for many services, then what is given in europe, but this time it was horrible i would believe even for european standards . the location is great for disney and buses were okay, could of run more frequent almost always standing regardless of time of travel, many people dragging luggage on took up lots of room. the front desk and staff as well as restaurant workers were all pleasant and helpful and i.d. tags showed languages which was very helpful Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Nice place...awful food!"
Nice hotel which has a wow impact when you walk in the door. We stayed on the 5th floor and they had buckets in various locations down the hallway because of leaky pipes. (One was directly in front of our door.) The dinner buffet was very expensive and the worst buffet we have ever had. The food was either kept under the lamps too long, or cold...nothing […] was good. It was 34 Euro per person and we didn't even go back for seconds. The free breakfast buffet was exactly the same, the fried potatoes were even raw. Awful food, one would expect a lot more from this type of hotel; their entire kitchen needs a revamp! If you are like us, and one of the things you look forward to when on vacation is good food, don't stay here. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Dream Castle stay May 2012"
The pictures on the website does not reflect the true status of the hotel. The hotel amenities in fact are much older than on the publised pictures. It was on the overall a pleasant stay with clean bedroom. However huge efforts should be done on staffing and the level of service. They are not very friendly and helpful. At dinner time, 1-2 servers only […] a full room. It took hours to get the drinks. Long queues at check in and check outs and even at breakfast time and with kids it was not very convenient. Very nice stay. Enjoyed proximity to all parks and train station which gives you a chance to travel anywhere by metro, Tgv, or eurostar. Shuttle service by bus all day long from hotel to parks and train station. 10 minutes to CDG airport by TGV from train station.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"is very far from the airport charletter"
I stayed 3 nights with my 2 girls and my husband and it was okay, overall the hotel can have better service and a bit more clean the breakfast area was not clean at all and no diversity in the breakfast. We also had one night the dinner buffet and the place was dirty and no service the waiters were no polite and in addition to the high cost of the meal […] drinks were extra and not food not good at all. We had to pay 95 Euros for the taxi to the airport, yes you can use the metro but not if your flight is departing very early in the morning. Going the the city was also very expensive about 40 euros 2 way for one day family of 4. The hotel is good if you are only going to visit Disney land, i would suggest another area for visiting the city. Food around you will only find typical american food around the disney area. For good French cousin in the city and neither in the hotel. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Go somewhere else!"
The hotel was okay but for the prices I'd expect more. The buffet was 29 Eurp for adults and 10 Euro for kids. Not only was the food not worth 29 Euro I don't think the average person can consume that much food. The price didn't even include a beverage-NOT EVEN WATER!!! As for the children, the food wasn't very child friendly. The pool was indoor and […] the room was poorly lit. The pool water didn't seem very clear and it was quite small. No towels were offered at the pool so you had to bring your room towel with you and if you didn't already know that when you got to the pool then you had to turn around and go get some. The locker rooms also weren't very well kept. The showers have the soap dispensers located high on the wall so that my children couldn't reach. If this is a hotel that serves families with children, wouldn't it be smart to make it child-friendly? The grounds were okay but not much to look at. There's a large area outside where I can envision an outdoor pool. Because there isn't an outdoor pool I defenitely won't go there in the summer months. The convenience to and from the park and train station was fantastic. No complaints. Paris was very easy to get to by train and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful in getting us there. All in all, for the money I paid, I won't be going back. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Wouldn't recommend this hotel unless you're broke!"
The hotel is fine if you're traveling on a budget. Keep in mind that services are way below expectations and don't be fooled by the nice photos on the website. Dream Castle is basically a nice looking shell that sleeps guests somewhat comfortably and that's where it stops. Food isn’t the best. I opted for the breakfast included option and realized that […] the food was very basic. Nothing impressive. The rooms are fine but have hardly enough closet space or shelves so you may only unpack for a couple of days-worth of clothes. The coin machines don’t work. Concierge service is a myth. I think that’s enough. Personal;ly, I wouldn’t go back unless I go broke. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Good family value, but needs to be cleaner"
The breakfast buffet was very good. Waiters were very professional and the ample selection of provided food was of good quality. The hotel rooms were spacious and comfortable and the kids loved the bunk beds. The bathroom was well equipped and modern. The shower was broken when we got there, but all it took was a notification on the front desk and […] it was expeditiously fixed. The hotel grounds are nice and quiet. Really enjoyed them. The free shuttle service to the Disney park was great and frequent. We parked the car in the convenient free parking area and did not touch it for the three days we were there. My only complaint would have to be with the cleanliness of the corridors leading up to the rooms. They were not clean and on one of the days there was a broken glass that that was unceremoniously pushed to one of the corners where it stayed for over 24 hours. Did not have a chance to use the pool, gym or use the restaurant for more than the breakfast. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"not a good value"
We stayed there for 2 nights in August 2010 and went to Disney. Bad: The sheets and towels had stains on them. There was no concierge service and no one at information desk. "Not bad, but 4 stars may be a little generous"
Nice room and comfortable beds. Children will love the decor in the lobby area. Very convenient for Disney, with frequent shuttle buses - though be aware that you may not be the 2nd stop as advertised. Different drivers seem to do the route in different orders. A few things made me a little surprised that it was a 4-star hotel: complimentary tea and […] coffee included a few sachets of each and two things of milk "for your arrival day" - 6 euros if you would like this refilled; 2 euros for a swimming towel, and whilst you could use the one from your bathroom, since only one towel per person, that leaves you with a wet and chloriney bathtowel; came back one evening to find no hot water when I wanted a shower; ceiling in our hallway was leaking in several places, with crates underneath to catch the water; fridge did not keep things cold, rather just slightly on the cool side, with no option to change the temperature. The breakfast was okay, not as good as some I've had but a reasonable selection of cereals, bread, cheese, meats, some hot food though not a great deal, and some fruit though mostly tinned. There was always a queue for reception/ information, and this was in low season. Nice swimming pool and games facilities for children (though at 2 euros a game, could easily get expensive). Overall not a bad hotel, but maybe 4 stars is a little generous. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Pleasant hotel, good for families."
Hotel facilities were good as would be expected from a 4* hotel. Rooms were pleasant and well kept, however the mini-bar was empty upon arrival. Room service was very expensive and not worth the money. Breakfast buffet was not particularly impressive for a 4* hotel, hot food was the most disappointing but there was plenty of cold meats, fruit and cereal […] to choose from. Nice hotel and ideally placed for Eurodisney on the shuttle bus. Beware of expensive drinks and snacks at the hotel though (4,50 euros for a soft drink) booked a taxi to ORly airport from the hotel and staff said it would be 80 euros but we got charged 92 euros by the taxi driver. "Ok for family"
I stayed with my son for a weekend. It is an ideal hotel if you aren't spending too much time in it. Activities are limited to children arcade games and toys which gobble up your euros. The pool is very small, so in high season if it is rainy, it may get easily overcrowded, as may the sauna and steam. The restaurant was packed at Sunday breakfast with […] the longest ever queue I had experienced. It was less full for the evening buffet, which had a good selection of French food. Don't expect the Disney shuttles to come frequently. We waited a few times over half an hour, but bear in mind it is only a 20 minute, quite pleasant walk to the park. All in all the hotel was ok, but next time we would stay closer to Disney. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

The hotel itself was lovely with plenty of games for the kids and the swimming pool was great as well. The shuttle bus came quite often to take you to Disney which was good. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. The very disappointing thing about the hotel is the food, it was awful and I would recommend you go to Disney village instead for meals. […] When we went to the buffet for breakfast there was nothing left for the kids to eat and the staff didn't seem to bothererd to replace anything or clean dirty tables. The musketeers buffet is a rip off and had stale food that looked and tasted like it had been sitting for hours and for a family of four cost 90 euro which is far too expensive for that standard of food. "Decent enough."
Everything was "fine". There is no way this is a 4 star hotel but it was what it was ie. close to Eurodisney and affordable. We didn't try the evening buffet as it was e27 per adult and e10 for our son. The breakfast was basic continental but decent quality. The one piece of advice I would like to share is: if you want to avoid getting ripped off by […] the Disney prices, just go one stop up on the train (come out of the station, turn right and walk 300 meters) and there is a huge and very good shopping complex. I met quite a few Brits who were getting a couple of shopping bags worth of food for less than the price of one buffet meal at the hotel. We bought: 2 baguettes, cheese, tomatoes, salami, fruit, crisps, nuts, almond criossants, and water, and was about e25. We were still eating some of the stuff 2 days later and we didn't buy a single thing at the park in 10 hours. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Not so dreamy castle..."
Whilst the room itself was really nice, with a comfortable bed and bunks for the kids, clean and fresh sheets and enough space to fit two adults and two kids; a nice swimming pool with slide for extra fun; The food and service really let us down... The staff were genally quite unfriendly and did only the bare minimum. We ordered pizza from the bar which […] was soggy, and clearly a reheated frozen pizza... only to discover that they microwave all of their bar and room service food (and charge a premium for the service). The phone didn't work and it took three requests to have someone repair it, all of 48 hours after our arrival. All-in-all we were disappointed with it stay in this hotel. I would recommend this hotel for the comfort, facilities and cleanliness; but bring your own food, water etc... We stayed in the Munchausen suite as it's perfect for families. You have 2 bedrooms, one for the kids and one for the parents! They both have flat screen tvs and there is an english speaking channel for the kids. We found the room to be very clean and there are things for the kids to do in the lobby area to keep them occupied while parents check in […] and out. Also unlimited use of the swimming pool which is great. However, the a/c in one of the bedrooms is ineffective and if you pick a time to go that is particularly hot then it's like sleeping in a sauna. Not conducive to trapsing around a busy theme park for 10-12 hours. We did speak to Reception and they told us they would sort something out for us but they never did.
