If you are looking for a 3-star that is not too expensive, is close to a metro, and is easily accessible to the city center, then look no further than... this hotel. We stayed there for 4 nights and it was great. The staff was nice and friendly. The room was small but great. The bed was big and was probably the most comfortable that I have slept on in Paris. The room was as good as sound-proof, even though it was facing the street. One day, we had accidentally left the "Do Not Disturb" sign at the door when we left but the cleaning lady waited for us to come back because she wanted to make sure we had clean towels for the following day. The only negative was that the bath tub had only a quarter door and, as a result, the bathroom floor would get wet every time one showered.
