We read the reviews prior to booking the hotel, I was a little concerned based on the price that we might have made a bad choice but I can honestly say we were wrong. We arrived at 6 pm to a friendly front desk, who immediately advised us we needed to pay a tax, which was only 27 euro for the 6 nights, not bad at all. He explained where the local market […] was and its hours of operation. The room was as expected based on pictures, the only bad thing I could say is that they need to have cleaning equipment in each room, since they don't clean daily ( weekly), its nice to clean up after yourself but we had to go down to the front desk to get the equipment. The area around the hotel was clean and a new park was under costruction, which when complete will make the walk from the train station less than 300 meters. Read more

Brand new hotel opened in 2010. Easy walk ( 5 min) to train station for paris central within 15 min . Acces to garage easy for Paris circumstances. Friendly staff

The hotel is just a bit out of Paris, but its a short walk to RER Line C. Line C has stops for all the popular destinations - the Effel, Orsay, Louvre, etc. The room was as we expected, with a small kitchenette and, actually, a queen sized bed. I was expecting a double. The kitchen in the room was perfect for preparing meals for those travelers who do not want to eat out every meal and save some money. There was a bakery and grocery store right across the street which made it convenient for buying food.

We stayed for 4 nights and got Good service , hotel has friendly and helpful staff. 5 mins walk from station. 2 minutes walk from supermarket. Only downside was hotel refused to provide milk for tea and coffee. Good hotel for family.

Our apartment was good, though a little cramped. We had trouble with opening the door and had to get a maintenance man in to help. We were disappointed that there was no plug, sponge or dishwashing equipment, as there was a dishwasher, but we are opposed to using dishwashers for environmental reasons. We asked for dishwashing things but did not get […] them. There were also many items missing from the kitchen, so I made a list and gave it to reception, so hopefully the next occupants will have all they need. staff were very rude, the hotel is just out of the main city limits so u have to get a train ticket to zone 3 just 1 stop from zone 2. plus trains stop running to that part of paris at 11pm so if like us u want to see the disneyland firework show which starts at 11pm be prepared to get a cab! . the wifi was very annoying only one device at a time so […] if both u and ur partner want to email the family u have to take turns. make sure u get a shower before around 9:30pm or it'll be cold. the cleaning staff let themselves in even when u have the 'do not disturb' sign on the door, for what i don't know as they never cleaned our room even when we were out, we had a very noisy women in the room next door slamming doors and yelling on her phone til all hours, and there are thicker walls in my garden shed. we did have a lovely time in paris but was let down by the hotel and rudeness of the french people Read more

The staff was friendly and spoke English. It's a new building so the room was clean but we did not expect a sofa bed. That's the only disapointed. Safe and large underground parking. Overall, it's worth for the money.

For the lone travellor the apartments are an alternative to city centre single rooms, as they are light and have space, small kitchenette fine for the stay and a good size bathroom with bath tub, you do not get that in a hotel single. Building was new and modern. No ameniaties in the hotel, ie bar and restaurant, but there was a patesserie, restaurant […] and a supermarket within walking distance. Location is outwith the centre so be prepared for a bit of travelling, but station is two stops from a metro connection and the line goes through the tourist spots, Eiffel, Invalides, Notre Dame etc. Overall a good experience, would use the hotel again and for the price much better than a tiny single room in a central hotel. This hotel is good for business travel. For leisure, please note it is in zone 3 of Paris, though very conveniemtly located to teh RER network and only 18-20 EUR taxi from the centre. It offers what it says on the tin, cheap appartment accomodation. Note the bed in the small room we had was not a comfortable one, as it was based on a retractable sofa. […] Otherwise clean and tidy. These apartments are a hiden gem, just 4 miles from the main attractions of Paris, eiffel Tower, Champs Elyees etc., 50km from Disneyland. Although the neighbour isn't completely attractive, the immediate area is all new with the apartments and neighbouring complexes backing on to a park which is locked at night so you know no one can access your balony […] from the back and no one is hangin around. The kitchen is small but perfect with everything you need including a dishwaster. Good sized bathroom, and good sized rooms to relax in as well as sleep, which all have LCD tvs, and a balcony. This place is highly recommended if you just need someone where to stay while you enjoy the sights of Paris at a very good price for what you get. I will definately come back again, with the rest of my family, its good to find a place the will fit us all in for a change. Soggiorno favoloso, albergo pulito ed economico con possibilità di cucinare in camera, il chè non guasta considerando solo due ristoranti nelle vicinanze; uno francese ed uno cinese.......meglio un piatto di pasta fatta all'italiana in camera. Molto comodo con la stazione della rer a circa 200 metri e con un parco giochi utile per chi come me viaggia […] con due bambini. Personale molto gentile, cortese, e disponibile. Sauber, modern aber einfach und relativ eng. Hatten ein Apartment für 4 Personen. Ok für ein paar Tage. Sehr gute Anbindung an RER zur Innenstadt. Bei Anreise mit PKW unbedingt Parkhaus dazubuchen. Sonst in der Nähe keine Parkmöglichkeiten.

De beste manier voor ons om de stad te bezoeken was met de fiets. We deden alles op de fiets vanaf het hotel. Op deze manier hebben we in 5 dagen tijd heel Parijs doorkruisd. We hebben alles gezien wat we wilden zien. Je moet echter goed kunnen kaartlezen en niet bang zijn in het verkeer. Het verkeer is erg druk, en Parijs is nog niet zo ingesteld op […] fietsers. Hoewel je op veel plaatsen welover de busbaan mag fietsen. Het is een hele belevenis om zo,n drukke stad niet et de metro maar boven de grond te ontdekken. Read more

Ansich ist das Aparthotel ein schönes, neues und modernes Hotel. Service und Mitarbeiter super. Allerdings hatten wir das Gefühl, den Zimmervorgänger noch um uns zu haben (Haare auf Schonbezug, Flecken auf Laken, Brösel seiner letzten Mahlzeit auf Ausziehtisch, Wasserflecken in Bad, Haare in Abfluss+am Duschkopf, 1 brauner Punkt im WC). Flur wurde wohl […] länger nicht gesaugt-Wollmäuse.TV nur französisch.Nichtraucherhotel. Parken in Tiefgarage möglich-Kurzzeit 9 Euro pro Nacht -achtung bei tiefergelegtem Auto, man setzt beim Einfahren auf!!! In Hotelnähe keinerlei Restaurant oder ähnliches, nur Supermarché. Also wer im Hotel ist, sitzt dort quasi fest oder muss sich in die Innenstadt kämpfen. Metro mit kleinem Fussmarsch durch interessante Gegend (nachts besser meiden...) zu erreichen. Read more
