If a leisurely walk to the Eiffel Tower any time of day or night from your hotel is one of the must-haves in your stay in Paris, then Hotel Ares Eiffel... fits the bill. Tucked away in one of the neighborhood-like streets, its subtle elegance blends well with the quintessential architecture of old Paris. And once you walk through the double doors, the intimate lobby opens up to modern decor that's both comfortable and well thought out. With an accommodating and friendly staff, it made our week-long stay memorable. Classic french restaurants and convenient take-out places are closeby as well as cute little chocolate and flower shops to name a few. The local Metro subway is just a block away if you want to explore the city but taxis (which sometimes can be hard to find) will give you an above ground scenic experience. If you're looking for a boutique hotel that takes a slower pace to the constant excitement of the city at a fairly reasonable cost and in a very conducive locale, then Hotel Ares Eiffel would be perfect.
