"tried to overcharge me; poor security"
Stay itself was fine. Had two problems with the staff, though. First, they insist on your leaving your keys behind the desk, which would be fine except they consistently failed to ask me for any ID when I returned to the hotel and asked for my keys. So anyone could have walked in and gotten the keys. Second, when I checked out they tried to charge an […] extra 100 euros over the rate on hotels.com, claiming it was a tax that wasn't included.
