PAUL GAVE ME ROOM 16, WHERE YOU CAN'T EVEN MOVE, THEN WILLIAM WHO was a bit helpful changed me to room 22 which was small but you can move in the bathroom. THE SHEETS WERE DISGUSTING. THEY WERE NEVER CHANGED AFTER THE PREVIOUS GUEST LEFT. TOTALLY UNCLEAN DUMP. I WAS PROMISED 106 DOLLARS BUT I WAS CHARGED 86 EUROS PER DAY. WHAT MATH CONVERSION ARE YOU […] USING..... FOR THE SHUTTLE THE CHARGE PRINTED WAS 18 EUROS BUT THE HOTEL TOOK ADDITIONAL 8 EUROS. ON THE FIRST DAY OF MY ARRIVAL THE CAB DRIVER ASKED FOR 55 EUROS. PAUL, THE FRONT DESK, OLDER GUY TOOK 80 DOLLARS FROM ME AND GAVE THE CAB DRIVER 55 EUROS. is this hotel near opera or lazzare station... no way... it is a 15 minutes walk and name alexandrine opera is misleading. the people are crooks with total lack of service. this is a disgusting dump for the money they charge fraudulently.
