At first, the hotel was not up to par with my standards of hotels. The hotel may not have met the 3 star rating, only because of the condition of the... hotel. It is just not as well kept in the dark corners of the hotel rooms, places that the hotel does not expect you to look at. It was still comfortable enough to sleep in, but just the first impression of the place was not that great. For the price, the hotel was actually a bargain as going to be mentioned below. Even though the hotel itself fell below my expectations, i found that 1 front desk person was very helpful and he is the reason why i would recommend staying at the hotel and would not mind staying there again. He speaks english well and gives great tips and advice on what to see and where to go so you wont need to waste your time. He warns of all the scams and what not to do. He gives advice that no book or hours of searching can give you. Another good thing was the location. It was close to one of the markets which had the best foods, better than the restaurants we went to. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacking was great with the location near the market. The main transfer station for the metro was close and went all over the place with mostly just one train.
