As expected (and thanks to other reviews from earlier guests), the room was very small, as was the bed. A little bit to hard for me, and the feet longer... than the bed, which I am used to, and is not problematic at all. No view at all, also as expected, which can be a good thin in Paris because it means less noise from the streets below. Very nice and new bathroom with perfect space! This small hotel is just a half-block from St. Germain des Pres Blvd. and within easy walking distance of many shops, restaurants, and museums. The rooms were small but adequate and the staff was amiable and very helpful. The downside was occupying a room on the 2nd floor in the front just over the street.
