Hotel is challenging with no elevator and narrow steep stairs. rooms are small! Tiny single beds. Heat was not turned on in mid-November. Room was cold. Told hotel staff -- no change in temperature. "Too small to unpack suitcase."
Room was extremely small. Almost not enough room to walk around the be with the bed pushed against one wall. Had to carry bags up 4 flights of circular steps as there is no lift. The hotel is also not air conditioned and was slightly uncomfortable even though it was not warm outside. Can't imagine what it's like in the middle of summer. Good location […] and the staff was helpful, but I would not have stayed there if I knew how small and uncomfortable it was. Thin walls, no elevator, staff with bad attitude, not once in three days did we feel welcome (Roomcleaner people was very nice). VERY small rooms and bathrooms. Internet was ok, location is also ok. But it stops there, no more visits to Malar again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
