Between Place de la Concorde and the Arc de Triomphe, this famous tree-lined thoroughfare strikes through the heart of western Paris. This hotel offers excellent service and convenience. The beds where really comfy, no noise which is great for sleeping. The lift was being renovated which is inconvenient but minor. Short walk to Champs Elysee. Breakfast was ten out of ten. Mini bar drinks free which is brilliant. Evening free snack buffet was fantastic, so great to have a hotel doing […] this it was really welcome and great. Our stay at the hotel was OK. Can't see how it merits more than 3 stars. Ok we only reserved the basic "superior" room but whilst it was clean it was rather small and didn't seem to match up the photos on the web site. Quiet though which was good. Very efficient and helpful staff.The hotel was clean and tidy throughout with a pleasant entrance and foyer area.One unusual aspect was the complementary light buffet and soft drinks supplied each evening.The minibar in the room containing non alcoholic refreshments was also free.Breakfast was relaxed and the staff kept the buffet well stocked.Overall,absolutley […] no complaints. 飯店為老建築翻新，前棟房間較小陳設較舊，後棟房間較大較新穎。原來飯店安排前棟房間，入住後隨即發現空調壞掉，通知櫃臺後立即派人處理，但等候空調維修人員到達以及檢修時間拖了一個多小時，仍無法修好，飯店此時才安排換房間到後棟。後棟房間寬敞，裝潢新穎，但壁紙有手掌大的破洞令人觀感不好。飯店有提供免費的WIFI、下午茶、早餐、welcome drink。Genuine Hotels.com guest review

フロントのスタッフの方々がとても快く対応していただけました。スーペリアールームを使用しましたが、清潔でデザインもよく、とてもいい部屋でした。また凱旋門から歩いて5分ほどの立地なので、シャンゼリゼ通りの散策等にとても便利でした。 また、夕方は、おいしいパン・ハムが食べ放題、コーヒー紅茶が飲み放題ののデザートビュッフェが無料でいただけるので、ちょっとした夕食のかわりにもなりました。 同伴者へのサプライズプレゼントにも協力していただき、 おかげでとてもいい思い出ができました。Genuine Hotels.com guest review
