This hotel was comfortable and the staff was so helpful in connecting us up with the train and in the renting of a car and the shuttle services. My only concern is that it is rather a long walk from the center of town and I felt like we were out there for walking Paris. It is close to 2 train stations which is helpful though. There are many hotels in Paris without AC and we were looking a hotel that included AC and be near a metro station so traveling around the city would be easy for one of our traveling partners who was an elderly person. Les Trois Poussins Hotel was just this hotel. The beds were quite comfy so the reason for quality of 3 stars was simply that the ac […] fan never shuts off and the air blow direction is at the head of the bed. This means cold air is blowing directly at your head which can be uncomfortable for some (me included) and there is no was to change the direction or the air flow. I eventually repositioned the bed over to see if i could avoid the air flow which i found did not help the situation. In the end i slept with my head to the foot end of the bed to avoid the air flow to my head. The staff was quite friendly and helpful. We found the room and bathroom adequately sized, the metro to be relateively near, AC cold as heck, and there is a small park area with a few restaraunts that was awesome. Whenever we came from site seeing and not want to go back into the city for good food we end up eating in this park area. Eating in this area gives you the experience of being a Parisian living in France as opposed to being a tourist visiting which is an awesome touch to the experience of traveling. If I were to visit Paris again I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Read more

We enjoyed our stay here based on Paris hotels. We had 3 twins in one room (#3 roll away bed) a little tight but very cozy beds :-) The staff was amazing and the breakfast was 13 euros per person but overall compared to the prices in restaurants it was well worth it and convenient. Hotel was quiet and a typical Paris hotel, not like the chain hotels. […] Close to the Metro, St George's and Pigalle. We couldn't have asked for a better hotel. My only complaint is there was only one outlet in the room, so I was unable to use a curling iron or an iron :-( There was a blow dryer in the bathroom with a electrical outlet for a "shaver" I was afraid to plug in my iron. The kitchenette is a nice feature but there again no outlet. There were two electric burners but no pots or tools to boil water. Nice size refrigerator. Only down side had to walk through a street in the red light area to reach one of the main metro stops but as a mother and daughter we had no problems. We had an executive room with a kitchen but you have to pay 15 euros per night for equipment which I thought was excessive and should be included […] in the price of the room as breakfast was not included. Travel tip take a travel kettle and mugs as the fridge was available at no charge. A local bakery was the perfect place to buy breakfast pastries at a reasonable cost. My daughter is a vegetarian and not all restaurants would accommodate us. We travelled on the Eurostar which I would highly recommend as a easy way to travel London to Paris. Read more

Booked this hotel for a long weekend with my girlfriend after positive reviews on Expedia. We upgraded to the executive double room and were very pleased with the size of our room which was larger than expected. We were on the top floor and were pleasantly surprised to find we had a great terrace balcony with table & chairs that looked out over Paris […] with great views of the city, including the Eiffel Tower. We stayed in room 2 on the ground floor with french windows to the terrace. It is beautifully decorated with a stunning ultra-modern shower room. All a good size and with comfortable bed. The only negative to our whole stay was one which I discovered at the end of a lovely shower on our first morning! Unfortunately the drain had become blocked (unnoticed […] by me) and when I opened the shower door, water flooded out and washed straight into the bedroom! We threw down towels and once I was decent, got the chap from reception. Initially he seemed to think it might have been something I had done but on further investigation - discovered quite revolting amounts of hair in the drain! euh!! They were completely full so couldnt move us to another room, but dried it out pretty well during the day, and we had no further problems. perhaps I should have pushed for a reduction but honestly the place and people were so lovely, I decided to leave it.
