This hotel is adjacent to an elementary school and is in a residential neighborhood. There is no room service after a certain time and one of the employees there was very rude. My friend called to receive extra towels and he hung up on her three times. His response on the fourth phone call was that there was one towel allotment per person per day. I've […] stayed in many hotels and have never heard of this. All that was requested was for one set of towels. On the day that we were leaving, I was told by the same employee, that a taxi would not be available for us since it would take at least an hour. So I asked where the nearest taxi station was and he would not tell me. I had to go to the airport and he refused to tell me where I could find a taxi!
