Northeast of Place de la Bastille, this working-class neighbourhood is gradually becoming fashionable with younger Parisians. Trendy boutiques, cafés and bars are replacing the older shops and bistros, although some old-fashioned workshops survive. "Service nul : a déconseiller"
Je me suis fait très mal recevoir a l'hôtel. Ils s'étaient trompé dans leur réservation et malgré leur erreur ont été très désagréables envers moi Sinon l'hôtel est très moyen (chambre au 5eme sans ascenseur) et bruyant. 6 chambres sont neuves pas tout l'hotel, pas d'ascenceurs, 6 etages et des bagages...pas de services de plus ces quelques chambres flambant neuves sentent depuis l'escalier la peinture...imaginez vous l'odeur tres agressive a l'interieur, je ne me plains pas en regle general mais la.... de plus aucune securite des portes, aeration sous les portes et […] un hotel qui ressemble a un hotel de passe vu les bruits des chambres voisines et des bruits dans les couloirs... deconseille surtout si vous etes seule... "Hotel fra Helvede"
Sengetæppe med ulækre plamager, ting der faldt ned af væggene og håndklæder der var revet helt i stykker. Ikke lige hvad man forbinder med to stjerner, snarere et dormroom uden stjerner! Derudover var der et rend af mennesker der bankede på døre kl. 23-01 hver aften, hvilket gjorde at man måtte sove med ørepropper. At vi så den sidste dag finder ud […] af, at der er blevet stjålet af de ting vi havde liggende på et bord på værelset, gør at dette hotel er det værste vi nogensinde har oplevet.
