This hotel was perfect for our needs. It wasn't too far into Paris that I had to do a lot of driving in the city center and the metro was a few blocks away. There are plenty of places to eat and buy food near the metro and hotel. It didn't take more than ten minutes to get to all the major landmarks. The hotel was excellent, modern and very nice. The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious for Paris. Staff was very nice and helpful. Nice surprise was to discover that my children didn´t have to pay for breakfast! The location wasn´t that good, though. It seemed like a business neighborhood, so there wasn´t much to do around and the nearest metro […] station was the very end of the #4 line, which meant we had to ride a lot to get anywhere. What I really didn´t like was the TV options in the room. There was only 1 channel in English (BBC), which was OK, if they didn´t have an adult channel completely open for the kids to run into while they were browsing through the channels. don't expect a 4 star hotel as in the USA. This is Paris. The breakfast Buffet is wonderful. The location is great. The rooms are small, the beds are no more than OK. The service is OK. The Carpet in our room knew better days. The room is not designed, It is a novotel. The public areas are very nice though. There is a kids corner, with X-box, books, […] and some other toys. The Metro is about 6-7 Minutes away (with kids). Taxi from CDG cost us 53 Euro (at 2PM). Read more

The hotel was just fine. A little inconvenient for site seeing but the staff was very helpful with directions and recommendations. Metro station is 3 blocks away and Paris metro is pretty easy to manage. Most restaurants are also about 3 blocks away but this is a good choice for reasonably priced Paris hotel without frills.

Well to start off, I think that there is a HUGE gap between what us Americans consider a 5 Star Hotel and what others consider a 5 star hotel. The staff at this hotel are not friendly at all, they see us as intruders. We checked out at 12 noon and noticed around 8pm that we have left behind a bag full of all our electronic chargers, we contacted them […] from another NOVOTEL and they promised to look for them and speak to the maid. We returned to Novotel in Paris a few days later after being told that the bag would be saved for us till our return, they informed us that no one had found anything left behind in our room. Great Stay! Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. had a fridge in the room and coffe pot so we bought our own coffe and had some food in fridge for breakffast. hotel staff gave us cups, bowls and utensils so we could eat in our room. we had our kids with us so the room was a bit tight with both queen and full size pull out couch,but the price was worth […] it since other hotels required two rooms for 4 people. great location!! 2 blocks from Paris metro and supermarket. Good size rooms, comfortable bed. We are a family of 4. We slept on the double bed and the kids slept on the sofa bed. It was a little bit far from the central paris so I took a star off. I would recommend this hotel.

This was a great hotel, which I had selected for business purpose for its location. However, for tourists, this may be more secluded...although you are not too far from the Eiffel tower, which I could spot from my room. A little distance (10 minutes away by metro) gets you right to the center of the action. The rooms are clean and large for France […] (even large size for US standards). I had an executive room, which was a bit larger than some of the executive rooms I had in the US. So, comparatively speaking, this was an interesting choice. However, if you drive, beware that parking is hard to spot. Drive by the hotel, take the first right on the corner of the hotel (it is a one way street anyway, so you can't go wrong), and directly on your right, there is the entrance to the underground parking. This is probably the worst hotel experience of my life. Knowing that I'm on the road almost 40% of my time, that says a lot about the disappointment. The hotel personnel is unprofessional to say the least. The lady room knocked at my door every two minutes after I've asked her to come back in 45 minutes. On the day of my check out, she were at my door […] at 9:45 in the morning and two times in the following 30 minutes even though I've told her that I'll be leaving by noon. If you have luggages, you are on your own, no one is there to help you and you need to find and get the chart yourself both for check in and check out. The guy in charge of the minibar in the room wanted me to beg him to fill it with very expensive drinks. The bar/restaurant hours are ridiculous and the personnel there are just like the others: rude to their customers. Read more

Booked this hotel as I wanted a hotel not too expensive and relatively close to Gare de Montparnasse. It was clean, a 5 minute walk to the Porte d'Orleans metro station and not too expensive. Don't expect any frills, but if you've stayed at French hotel chains before then you should already be familiar with this.

This is a nice hotel, well run with helpful staff when we stayed there in July 2012. It was noticable quiet ensuring a great nights sleep. We did not eat or drink there as we found those prices too expensive- €7 for a glass of wine, €16.50 for breakfast. Place around the corner much cheaper.

The Hotel is on the outskirts of the city but conveniently placed next to Metro and bus stations. Their are plenty of places to eat in the surrounding neighbourhood and the hotel's staff accommodated my meagre French. Whilst I would prefer to be more central the rate for the hotel was excellent.

Prima verblijf, kamer wat klein maar wisten we, we waren met 2 kinderen. Wat perfect is is het city breakfast, 8 euro pp verse jus, koffie/thee, 2 a 3 croissantjes en yoghurt, kinderen gratis. Heerlijk begin van de dag voor heel weinig. Hotel is netjes en bediening heel correct, aanrader !

Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Helt ok rum. Vi var två vuxna och två barn. Vi fick plats men det var inte mer än så....lite mer yta hade inte varit fel...men vi var inte så mycket på rummet. Hotellet var fräscht och fint och låg nära stationen. Väldigt stort och fint rum med utsikt över Eiffeltornets topp. God frukost och underhållning på morgonen med en tjej som gjorde ansiktsmålningar och en man som gjorde helt underbara ballongfigurer.
