The internet was not working during our entire 6 day stay, the breakfast was very expensive. Window was stuck shut in room and no air conditioning so was very stifling ! Staff could tell you some directions around town. Was fairly close to Notre Dame and Seine. Would not stay there again.

Understaffs. The three nights we stayed there I only saw 2 hotel staffs. However, these two staffs were accommodating, they helped us when our luggage was missing. I stayed 3 nights at Villa Pantheon, Friday Jan. 13 thru Jan. 16 after a trip to Frankfurt and would say Hotel was just OK for the price. The bed was not comfortable at all but overall things went well until I asked the (bald...wish I remembered his name ) guy at the front desk to book me a taxi the night prior to my check out. After insisting that […] I wait downstairs in lobby for over half hour while he attended other people, he made 3 phone calls but could not confirm a taxi for the next morning. He then proceeded to ask me for 12 euros for his troubles of making 3 phone calls ?? He said " I am just a student trying to make a living '' Oh really ? By ripping people off? After coming from Frankfurt where everyone was so pleasant and were more than happy to get taxis for me and my work colleagues, opening doors etc...this was ridiculous ! It goes without saying that I refused to pay , especially since he could not even assure me that I would have a taxi waiting the following morning. How rude !! I really believe he was just trying to make some extra money off of me, but I travel quiet often and I am much smarter than that. Great location, about 3 blocks from the metro with plenty of places to eat nearby, and very close to the river and Notre Dame. First thing I will say is that although this hotel is rated 4stars by both the ministry of tourism and this site, it is absolutely not a 4 star hotel. It is clean, in a convenient location and offers the minimum services you would expect. On top of that, the price is fair for Paris. As such it's a good value 3 star hotel.

Business travelers who need good Internet access will find that several Interent features are not available, such as email spellcheck, FTP, and RDP connectivity. Extremely small room with a double bed and very little space to set lugage down and manuver around the bed. Easy waking distance to the Pantheon, Notre Dame, and Luxemberg gardens. No customer service or additional amenities, just consider it a place to sleep.

At £220 a day does not come with Breakfast! Also not enough housekeeping staff. The room was not done even by 4 PM on Sunday and finally done only on close follow up with the staff at reception. The surroundling area was very good though.

Good central position in the 5th. Close to metro. Typical small Parisian rooms but decor really, really outdated. We wanted to relax by the bar after a hard day's wandering around the streets, but there were no staff available to serve us, so ended up in our - small - room with champagne glasses supplied by the staff drinking from the mini-bar!

The hotel is in a good location, clean, but dated. There was a mix up in our reservation that I had made 6 months ago. They had to move us to another hotel for the first night, then back to this one for the remainer of the stay. That was rather inconvinent. Probably wouldn't stay there again.
