Fantastic hotel. Recently stayed there and the Hotel Lotti with my husband before and during the Paris Auto Show. Between the two, and despite the fact... that our room at the Lotti cost 3x La Maison Favart, we much preferred this little hotel. Why? Well, first of all, the design of the hotel is beautiful and thoughtful; the room we had, while small, was well appointed and comfortable and the bed heavenly; the grotto in the basement was a dream... swimming in that little pool after a long day of walking was restorative and felt cocoon-like... as if we were the only people in the hotel; and the location was perfect: a nice side street that was a little off the beaten path, never loud, but just a few minutes away from the Metro and all the sites... I think it took us maybe 10 minutes to walk to the Louve. As for the staff, they were helpful and warm... not friendly in the way we've come to expect from U.S. hospitality, but nothing to complain about.
