This was a wonderful hotel with amazing service. Wasn't a problem to only speak English. They had the most comfortable beds of all the hotels we stayed at in Europe. "Great location"
We had a pleasant stay at the Pullman hotel. It is right next to the Eiffel tower as shown in the pictures at the website. There are several good restaurants and cafes around the hotel. Surely will stay there again in future.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Amazing view"
We stayed in the deluxe room. We had an amazing view of the Eiffel tower, this is what really made the hotel worth the stay. I wish they had chairs on the balcony. There was only one inside the room which couldn't be left outside. We came back to the room one day at 3:30pm and the room hadn't been serviced. We tried to ask the cleaning ladies if they […] could service it after 7pm once we'd left but they didn't understand. One spoke no english and the other spoke very little. We called reception and they said that was fine. The cleaning ladies came back again telling us they need to clean the room. I tried to explain reception said it was ok for it to be cleaned later but she still didn't understand. She said she was finishing her shift and needed to clean the room. It was quite annoying they wouldn't go away, the room should have been cleaned by 3:30pm. The shower head also broke away from the wall. It was just hanging on by a nail. It was difficult to get a bottle opener, ice bucket and knife (we bought cheese) since they weren't in the room we had to go up to the bar (which is also a restaurant). When asked for a wine bucket and ice they acted as if it was an odd request. They said they could give us the ice but not the bucket. Don't know how they were planning on doing that but they came out with a bucket in the end anyway. When we asked for a knife we were told they didn't have one. The check-in staffs were friendly and nice. The room is spacious and tidy. The location is easy to find and a good view to Eiffel Tower. However the maintenance of the bacolny and room is not really good, you could find somewhere old and rust. No air conditioner works and only fan works. I called the reception but not all staffs could speak English. […] The restaurant is good but the breakfast is not various and international enough, only some basic types of european breakfast. In general, as a international chain hotel, this is not the best Pullman hotel i have ever stayed. Hope it can do more improvement. "Otroligt nära till Eiffeltornet"
Tyckte det här hotellet var fantastiskt bra. Personalen var otroligt trevlig och hjälpsamma. Enda problemet vi hade var att vårat rum inte alls var klart i tid och vi fick därav vänta på att det skulle städas klart, det var det enda negativa jag kan komma fram till och det kan ju hända att det inte alls händer för många andra. Helt greit hotell. Vil påstå at det er i det lavere 4 stjerners skikte. Badet var veldig ålreit, god plass og fliser rund baut. Ellers var det vegg til vegg som gjaldt. Jeg fikk intrykk av at hotellet generelt var ganske slitt. Så det hadde vært på sin plass med en oppusning. Men beliggenhet og by tatt i betraktning så var det et mer enn godt hotell. Aircondition […] på rommet var litt bråkete, men den gjorde nytta si. Internett var inkludert på rommet vi hadde, men det var kun 200 MB i nedlastning (noe som går overraskende fort).
