The stay was fine - I remain uncomfortable with the idea that you turn in your room key on leaving, seems less secure. Staff was very helpful, a good location.

overall it was a good stay.. this is our second time at this hotel so we were pleased...the only problem I encountered was the shower, it is a tub with shower and very narrow and hard to get into. the tub is higher than the floor so getting ina nd out was a challenge.. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, the staff were very friendly and catered to your every need. It seemed like a family atmosphere which we liked. The hotel was within walking distance to the Champs D'Elysees and some other sites. Well, we were told that our superior room will be one with a view but you find out that almost all the buildings in […] Paris look alike with 6 floors, so you do not get much of a view, you get the view of other buildings next to yours, except you stay at the high rise hotels, but this wasn't much of a problem. The rooms were kinda small, but I still liked it. There was an incidence of heavy smoking outside our room and we requested a non smoking room, but once we notified the staff, they were quick to respond, take care of the situation and douse the whole area which perfume (a little too much perfume if you ask me). Otherwise, hotel ambience was great, and when I do go back to Paris, I will likely stay there again. Read more

I've been to France 12 times and to Paris 11 times, and I would rate this hotel amongst my favorites in Paris. It's very well located in a great and respected neighborhood where it's just a five-minute walk to the Arc de Triomphe and Champs-Élysées. The staff was friendly, and if it's important to you, speak English. The hotel and room were spotless […] and they take great pride in their image. The room and bathroom were nice-sized for this area of Paris. If you like using a staircase instead of an elevator, the staircase is a little steep, but I found no problem with the elevator. If it's the little things that indicate quality, then one little thing impressed me quite a bit: the hotel uses the best quality of toilet paper I've ever found in any hotel I've ever stayed at in my life! :) Read more
