"Great hotel in a perfect location"

"Worst experience in PARIS"
The hotel is expensive for the service. We needed a tripe room ( 3 adults),they gave us a double bed and extra little bed when we paid the expensive one, 3 twin beds. The next day the hot water was out of service during all day. The third night they changed us the room, and the extra little bed was broken. "Beautiful hotel -- but some notes of caution"
On the upside: One of the prettiest, most tasteful rooms I've had in a long time, with a good firm mattress; in a central location and great neighborhood. The staff was very helpful. Good free Wi-fi. (The signal dropped out quite often, but the desk staff restored it quickly.) The downsides: The street, while charming, is extremely noisy, and loud partying […] went on til well after 2 am on weekends. Second, I had the impression that the breakfast was included in the room rate. "Great hotel/location"
Overall this is a great hotel with everything you need right outside the front door - restaurants, bakery night life etc. Staff was pleasant and informative. Great Hotel in a fantastic location for all the Parisian sites. The area around the Hotel was very interesting to walk around and the fresh produce was beautiful to eat. Hotel staff were very friendly and courteous and very helpful with assistance in getting around Paris. "Great location but overpriced with maintenance issues"
Victoires Opera has the advantage of a fabulous location, so if money is no problem then you might like this hotel. During our stay we had no hot water for one morning and the noisy pipes woke us up twice. Stuff happens, so this did not bother us too much at the time. When we arrived home, however, we found that we were charged for items from the minibar […] which we did not use. We distinctly said at checkout that we did not use the minibar during our stay (other than the wine bottle opener). The hotel clerk did not charge us at checkout but we found the charges on our credit card when we arrived home! "Small room, long walk.."
The toilet is appallingly small.. If you are planning to walk Paris to champ elleyse or rue sant honore, this hotel may be too far considering your long day of shopping at those streets. Plus point is that there is a laundry shop just ard the corner, plus the street is quite pack with people chilling out at the end of day. Ужасные сотрудники на ресепшн. По приезду нам было предложено направиться в др отель, так как в этом номера были не готовы. Предложенный отель оказался классом ниже и находился в стадии ремонта.
