Location.
The Hotel de Castiglione, designed by Charles Sicli, a renowned architect who built many famous Parisian theatres, is characterized by its frontages entirely covered with rosy polished stones. Open in 1932, it was decorated by the best artists of the time and became one of the most beautiful hotels in the city.

The hotel offers a bar/lounge and a daily buffet breakfast (surcharge), room service and a TV room for guest convenience.

The 120 rooms and apartments, furnished in the Art Deco style, offer air conditioning, separate bedrooms, telephones with direct line, complimentary wireless Internet access, flat-screen TVs with satellite service, minibars, and individual safes. Between Place de la Concorde and the Arc de Triomphe, this famous tree-lined thoroughfare strikes through the heart of western Paris. I was a bit disappointed in the room and amenities. The hotel was in a very good location. However, the hotel looked very dated and under renovation. In the future, I will make it a point to check to see if renovations are going on before booking the hotel room.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

Slitent hotell, som bør miste minst en stjerne. Selve rommet var av middels standard. Det skulle være røkfritt, men stanket gammel tobakk og måtte luftes ut. Badet var helt nedslitt og burde vært totalrenovert. Dessuten preget av dårlig renhold.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
