A beguiling mix of art and architecture, the revitalised Beaubourg and Marais districts are home to Paris’ Jewish community and a thriving gay scene. Attractions include the Pompidou Centre, Place des Vosges (Paris’ oldest square), the Picasso museum, Notre-Dame cathedral and bijou Ile-St-Louis. Hotel was great. Convenient location. Less than a 10 minute walk to Notre Dame. The hotel rooms were small, but all hotels in Europe are small. The staff was amazing. The conceirge spoke English and helped with tours, cabs, restaurant recommendations, etc.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

The hotel was actually nicer than I had expected and is in a good location. Unfortunately while we were there they were doing a lot of redecorating so this was a bit of a negative. Also the lift broke down for most of one day so we had to walk up and down five flights of stairs several times! det va den värsta hotellvistelsen nånsin. Inte alls som det stod eller som på bilderna. Vi klarade inte av att bo där hela vistelsen så vi tog in på ett annat hotell. Roligt hotel beliggende på lille sidevej til Rue Sebastopol lige ved Centre Pompidu og hallerne. Hotellets personale er venlige og hjælpsomme og taler engelsk bedre end de fleste franskmænd.
